Yes, Dr. Hallis and her team did a very good job. I have recommended somebody who was looking for a primary care physician, an elderly person, and I recommended Garden Family Medical. The care at GFM is great! From the front staff, medical assistants, and my provider. I am thankful to have them caring for my health.

The current blocks of time for appointments seem rushed. 20 minutes may not allow the proper time when seeing a patient for a new condition. Follow ups yes, but when there to be accessed for a new condition properly 30 minutes would allow for a more thorough screening.

In order to get the appointment, I was on hold for over 40 minutes. I had to make three calls and I had another person on hold for 17 minutes two of the calls I was hung up on. One of them after the attendant answered and the other one while the phone was ringing. I work and I had to do this while I was working. My HR person helped me to try to make the appointment because I had to work I have a job that requires me to meet people.

Dana and her nurse were terrific. Also a shout out to the receptionist who helped .e.

I really appreciate that another provider was able to see me to address a new concern. Dana was kind and I felt like she listened to me. As usual, the GFM staff were great, from the front desk to the MA. Thank you all.

Checking out and scheduling a lab test was almost painful, 20 minutes to check out! It took the person that checked me out that amount of time to print the lab orders. I cringed when she had to set another appointment in two weeks.

Dana was fabulous. Dana takes her time to talk with me. She listens to what I have to say. And we had a conversation where she wasn't telling me what to do, but we were talking about what's the best way to move forward.

Dana is very helpful and thorough. She is concerned for my health and tells me what she would like to do and why. She's friendly and caring. I'm glad she is my NP.

This was my first visit with Dana Hallisey for my provider. She took the time to answer my questions, explained the reason for referrals and specific labs, and was personable. I'd recommend her as a PCP.

It was a good experience. I have no faults about the Care team although I was anxious about getting to my next appointment. I did not plan well and I had to go to work after my appointment which I thought I was gonna be late, but I did make it on time

Absolutely love Dana, her connection with my kids has been amazing. Even when I can't get in I can count on her and her MA to follow up with me as soon as possible!

Dana Hallisey is very thorough, very attentive, and very aware of her patients. And I really appreciate that. I feel like I'm in good hands. The care staff also, very concerned and attentive to their patients. And I appreciate that as well. Front-end service can use some support. I know that they're overwhelmed and they're checking in multiple people, only for the primary care office, but also for express care and lab and imaging. So I think that's a little slow moving in the front-end. Other than that, I have nothing but rave reviews. Thank you.

Yes, she did a very good job, but I need to get my appointment to have my throat check swallowing as soon as I can. Doctors are becoming very limited.

The person I checked in with remembered me from a blood draw 2 days before, and apologized for having to ask me the same questions! I was impressed! Dana, my provider, was most helpful in suggesting what will be lifestyle changes for me, and seemed genuinely sorry that she couldn't offer more time than was available. We will follow up in one month. Wonderful care.

Always treated by friendly and helpful staff.

This obviously isn't going to be taken seriously, but the practitioners should really think about being up-to-date on grassroots baby-led-weaning practices such as the Weston A Price foundation.

Both the MA and NP are so kind. Always friendly and knowledgeable.
