Great interaction with immediate staff and surgeon

I received a call from the surgical scheduler only one day after my visit with Dr Connie Lutkevich. It was very quick.

Dr. Connie Lutkevich and the nurses I saw in her office are fantastic...very kind and patient...They take the time to explain everything to you,and give you opportunity to ask questions..I never felt rushed.They were all wonderful.

I did not see the doctor - she was doing surgery. This was a follow up visit from my own surgery, but did not get as many details of my own surgery as was hoped. The mid level I saw was very pleasant and willing to help if she could.

Comfortable experience.

I feel like after the ultrasound of my leg this appointment that was 35 minutes from my home and the expense of gas could've been settled with the phone call. I spent 10 minutes in the office with the doctor to tell me that after looking at my ultrasound, there was nothing that she could do. I felt this was a waste of time and money on my part. I feel that at the end of the day, this appointment was used so they could get out of work early. I feel if someone has seen tests and already formed an opinion they should send a letter? Not waste our time and money driving into an appointment just to tell us yeah I've already looked at everything and there's no way we can do anything. This is the second time I've seen this Dr. it's not like she did not have a rapport with me. She could have done something besides make me drive all the way into her office at the end of the day for no reason. I did not even have to change my clothes, waste of money and time.

She seem nice. She told me if she was going to continue on that I would have to lose 20 pounds. I have been trying to lose weight. Just seem harsh to me. I want to lose weight. Just having hard time. Need help.

I was so glad to see her to gain more information about my condition and to be advised of steps forward. I felt so relieved after seeing her and good to know that lifestyle changes versus surgery would be possible in my case

The surgery doctor i tought was aggressive on me to stop smoking and ask me if I had diabetes if she had read my history she would already know. She told me If I didn't stop smoking a month ahead of time she would not operate.

Dr. L is empathetic yet thorough and informative. She answers all of my questions and offers a lot of information that allows me to feel comfortable in her care. The receptionists and nurses are always friendly and helpful.

Super friendly and helpful staff every step of the process

Dr. Lutkevich listened, was thorough, explained, and reassuring. Paperwork mailed to me ahead of my appointment so that I could fill it out made the appointment less stressful and saved time. The appointment was on time and efficient. I left having had my concerns and questions answered. I felt comfortable with Dr. Lutkevich's explanations of my situation and her recommendations. The visit was very smooth and fast.the nurse that took my vitals was very kind. The doctor that saw me was very open to talking and I felt very much at ease with the whole visit. kudos to both that help me.
