I was seen before my actual appointment and my doctor was very informative and gave me options about my care. Very pleased with the staff and the doctor.

The bed was dirty, the pillowcase was nasty and had makeup on it, the building smells musty, and the room echoes. Care was good, but the environment was lacking.

It went very well. Everything was explained so that I understood my condition and how to proceed.

Came for help with a pain scale of 10 and left with pain scale 10. Just got passed around to the next dr. Weeks away and cortisone shot for pain 4 weeks out,dr said next week. Elmwood needs imagining,

I'm not satisfied with the service I received at all. Your office sent me out of there for a follow-up for x-rays in four weeks.

After a long almost 5 month journey not knowing what was wrong I'm forever grateful!' All staff was great!! Very impressed with Colin he knew what to do and did it with assurance and calm!!! Thank you so very much!!

The doctor and the nursing staff was absolutely wonderful. They took wonderful care with me, gave me all the information I needed, were just absolutely spot on terrific. And I thoroughly would recommend them to anyone.

I also received excellent care at Thayer ED to fix my dislocated elbow with sedation. Long wait but some emergencies occurred so made wait understandable.

I would just like to say that the provider that we saw that day was very nice, very friendly, very helpful, that he was very child-friendly and very oriented to making sure that my daughter understood what was happening. And I just want to give him a very high recommendation. I enjoyed that provider.

P.A Morrow seemed to be knowledgeable about shoulders and came up with a plan to help me out without going right to surgery.

They were very informative about my upcoming surgery.

Everyone was very polite and had a positive attitude. Very thoughtful and willing to listen.

The only problem I had with my visit is the fact that you do not have providers that are there five days or more per week. There are too many providers that are only there certain days of the week, which made it very difficult for me to get in and make an appointment in a timely manner. Otherwise, they were very, very good.

I would say that Collin didn't really explain to me that much about what was going on with my shoulder and take a model or even an image to show me what the issues were and the causes were and he's kind of still a little bit in the dark about why my shoulder is doing what it's doing. And he said to do the physical therapy, but I don't know what's wrong with me that caused the issue. That's my only problem. I'm not real sure about why it happened. And that's the important thing to me is like, what do I have to do?

Colin was fantastic. From the minute I walked through the door to the minute I left, it was just, it was a very good experience and the treatment that I've gotten has been great.

My former orthopedic whom I worked with for over 25 years at Inland hospital recently retired and this was my first experience with a new provider and with Maine General. Collin Morrow was very helpful and informative and took the time to discuss my condition and steps I need to take to help with the recovery process.
