The only dissatisfaction that I had. I was struggling manipulate my wheelchair. To get to the. Examination room and the MA just stood there and watched me.. The MA also did not identify herself by name. I had to ask her.

Excellent care, couldn't ask for any better.

My experience was very good with Colin Lucas. He was patient listened and made sure I had no other concerns.

Colin Lucas is the first care provider that actually listens to me, takes my concerns seriously, has an open mind to things I want to try to improve my health while listing any concerns he might have. He's one of a kind. Everyone should have a provider as open and thoughtful as Colin.

Two days after my visit, I got a phone call from Garden of Family Medicine, and they said that my A1C was 4.5. Well, I never had blood work done, so I'm not sure where they got the A1C from, but it wasn't mine. Thank you.

Colin and his MA are the some of the best care team members I've ever had. I've been so pleasantly surprised since making the switch to GFM after bad experiences elsewhere. They remember me and my history, and always make sure we are on the same page with my care

First time here. My pa was great, very comfortable with him.

The only issue I have is how difficult it is to get an appointment.Waiting a month or more when you have a health condition is a hard thing to do.

The medical assistant was exceptional.

I always only have to wait 5 to 10 minutes, which is great cause I have many other offices are much longer

Mr.lucas was thorough, I did not feel rushed, he answered many questions and even looked up a medication for me to talk about side effects, etc...the lab tech also deserves mention as she worked alone and was so busy but took great care of me..also desk staff did a great job & remained friendly and efficient

Dr. Lucas is such a a good Dr. I'm lucky to have him as my Dr. He listens to all my needs and does his best to help resolve all of me issues. Your nurses are very polite and are very good about noting my concerns.

I feel I am still relatively new to Gardiner Family but find the team to be friendly and professional. Dr. Lucas is very easy to talk with, and I feel that he does listen to any of my concerns. I would recommend him to any of my friends.
