I had an appointment with Christine Fletcher, and everything went in a timely manner from the moment I checked in to the time I checked out. Christine is wonderful. She took the time to listen and she treated me absolutely 100% great. I would recommend her to anyone. I had a great experience.

I would say that I am so terribly impressed with every single person who I interacted with at my last appointment and other appointments as well. They're very welcoming. They're very pleasant. They're very respectful. They are very informative. They are very patient. I think the people who met with me in the patient room talked to me in a very respectful way, were very clear to me, listened to all of my concerns. I just, I couldn't say enough about the people who meet with patients as they come in and all throughout the experience.

I saw a PA, Christine Fletcher. She took the time to listen, exam, ask questions, reviewed everything about my medical history. She ordered testings, meds. She was amazing! I was so IMPRESSED by this provider!! I really hope I could see her again with my care. My own pcp is very good, so not complaining. I felt so relieved that she really was concerned about me and made me feel better about myself as she understood what I have been going through healthwise. Thank you Christine Fletcher for being so passionate, patient and caring about me!!

Christine Fletcher is very knowledgeable and professional. She listens to your concerns and addresses them by giving options and includes you in the decision making process. She shows kindness and concern for her patients.

The team at Winthrop Family Medical is extremely professional. I feel comfortable there, never rushed. I am happy with my PCP and her attention to me. I had updates and messages in my portal by the end of the day and was able to read through recommendations Saturday morning, the day after my appointment. Bravo to the team in Winthrop!

I am so pleased with this experience! It took a while (6-8 months) to get an appointment to transition to a new PCP but I understand the circumstances and it has been very positive. I am delighted to meet Christine & have her as my PCP. She is clinically thorough, sensitive and intuitive to my needs & has a plan going forward. The Winthrop Family Medicine is a great fit for my family (my husband has been a patient for several years now). Administrative staff & MA's I experienced are great as well. Thank you!

The only reason staff did not seem to know my history is because my prior doctors office had not yet shared that information. No reflection on my care team!

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I appreciated being able to concentrate on a current back issue along with discussing my blood work results.

Christine Fletcher is a skillful kind provider. I trust and respect her. She always gives me a thorough physical exam, answers any questions i may have, and makes certain i am up to date on my health care. Her assistant Josh was wonderful as well! He was so patient and administered the best inoculations i have ever had.

How I wish we could have blood work done in Winthrop , rather than to travel a half hour to Gardiner followed by waiting an hour just for blood work. I went to Convenient MD for my blood work and was in and out in minutes.

I think the office does a really well job with the client. However, I think that you should have somebody in office. Maybe you do already, but not to my knowledge. Somebody that's more of a holistic approach, somebody that other doctors can relate to, ask questions for, for their patients that would really like to try more vitamins and minerals rather than a pharmaceutical aspect of life. It was an excellent experience! Christine took time to research information about possible causes of my shortness of breath which I have had numerous tests that could not find a cause. She even called the pulmonary department and spoke with them about other tests. Then she put in a referral to that department for me. Then she called me to tell me what she had done! I received a call from the pulmonologist office today and they scheduled an appointment for a consultation visit.

Christine Fletcher, FNP-C is the most competent and sympathetic provider, any medical facility could hope for! She is always available and answers any questions that I have promptly. The same goes for the other staff in that office. I have nothing but the best to say about them

Christine fletcher was awesome, she explained things and kept me apprised if lab results. The medical assistant was awesome as well, they took the time to let me explain my symptoms. They do need to be more assure of themselves while taking blood though and not so vocal about issues that arise.

MA and practitioner were great, friendly and receptive- also, took note of concerns as the med list was reconciled after my visit before I could even call to update

I really like Christine. She was very pleasant, very information. She gave me a lot of information that I never knew. She did things on my exam that I have never in my life done and I really appreciated it. And I really would like for you to work so that I can have her all the time. I really, really trust her. The staff that Winthrop is very courteous and respectful everything's done in a timely manner even when busy my PCP does an excellent job we discussed what's best for me. I ask honest opinions. I get honest answers. We both talk about going forward with medical care for myself.

I prefer functional medicine. Having said that, I'm very happy with Christine Fletcher for most of my medical needs. I don't believe in pharmaceutical drugs to manage symptoms. I believe in finding the cause. Diet is so often the cure.
