Great experience and thorough examination and referrals

I was perfectly happy with all my services at the hospital and my stand-in practitioner was absolutely fine. My speed of rating getting in to see the doctor was absolutely fine. The part that is not fine is this is the fourth time I've taken this survey on this same visit. So maybe we could like narrow in on the online survey and then the call survey and see if we can get it down to doing it just once. Thank you.

Express Care is a very good option on weekends and holidays when my PCP is not available.

Hi there. I've always had great experiences at the Getzla Express Care. It's always been very fast. Everyone's been very friendly and the doctors have pretty much all been helpful. The woman I saw this last time was very sweet and there's nothing really to do about my situation, but she listened to me and she gave me recommendations and she understood what it was like dealing with chronic illness when there aren't any quick fixes and I really appreciated that. I don't remember how to hang up two. Thank you.

I have spent a lot of time waiting for something to happen and I am in a lot pain, which is frustrating!

I don't know what the problem was with the RN who checked me in. She wanted to know why I came there. She wanted to know what I thought the doctors there could do to help me. She believed that I should have gone back to the ED. I almost walked out because she was saying I shouldn't have come there and expected them to do anything. The doctor that came in did not have the same opinion. She did help me and put me on different meds. She did not say anything about me coming there being a bad idea. I did not appreciate the evaluation from the RN. I was feeling horrible and didn't need to feel rejected and that the walk in clinic at my own Primary care's office was not the correct place for me.

Christina Netten was very attentive and thorough. She asked a series of appropriate questions and paid close attention to what I was saying. I had no doubt that she was invested in finding a good path forward for me.

The doctor was very helpful and kind. She was extremely knowledgeable and was a great listener. I spoke at length about my medical situation and she was very patient with me. Her care and advice was top notch. I was very lucky to meet her and have her as my doctor the day I came in.

So far, have been very happy with my treatment from Maine General. No complaints! Thank you!
