Very professional care. I felt comfortable.

It was freezing cold in the offices the day I visited. When I visited a couple of days later the room temp was comfortable. You might better regulate the temps.

The staff were all very professional and concerned about my health.

The Nurse who my daughter saw, and completed the tests she needed was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make my little girl feel comfortable and had a great sense of humor. The Nurse Practitioner was great too. At then end of my daughter's visit we were walking down the hallway and the Nurse heard my daughter say she wished she could get a sticker. He overheard her and followed us down the hall asking if she'd like to come back to his work station to choose her own stickers. She was so happy and it made my heart happy to see someone going above and beyond, especially when my little girl wasn't feeling well. So thankful for express care and the entire staff.

Always find all the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Have been going for many years.

I felt like I was in capable hands. I didn't have a long wait to be seen and excellent care.

The only thing I would suggest is if an urgent carepatient needs X-ray that they should wait for radiologist to read X-ray and not be sent home .I was told by the pA that she did not see a break so I was discharged home.I wasn't in my driveway when the PA called back and said radiologist read X-ray and that I had a fracture on the malleolus boneon my right ankle .We had to turn around and go back to urgent care.It would have been easier on me and my husband to wait at the urgent care for the result.

Based on evidence of the exam Christina recommended to go to Me General for imaging. Turns out I had a ruptured appendix and surgery the following morning. Thank you Christina for recognizing the signs.

Dr. Netten and assistant were working at impressive quick speed to get my test samples. It was an uncomfortable topic for why I was there and the way Dr. Netten spoke was compassionate and straightforward.

The Provider I had was amazing and I specifically want to call her out as an exceptional staff member. I am a Local Provider as well. Unfortunately the girl signing me in screamed at me, "that is not a symptom" , when I told her I thought I had Pneumonia. Your NP made up for it with her great service after the fact. I just wanted to say that the doctor that helped me made me feel like she really cared about how I was feeling and that it was important to her that I felt better. And even though it was an urgent care center, I just felt like she really cared about her patient like my actual doctor would. So I wanted to say thank you.

I have never felt so rushed in and out of express care. I explained my symptoms/concerns and was told point blank I had to flu with zero testing. I explained many I work with had pneumonia/bronchitis and would have liked the piece of mind of having a formal test. I was then told Tamaflu was an option but they'd prefer not to prescribe it due to a shortage. I was given an inhaler prescription and sent home. I will never again return to Augusta express care.

They were great! I was feeling really terrible and they took great care of me. Very highly recommend!
