Completely satisfied and extremely helpful.

Got my appointment quickly after the ER doctor wanted me to follow up my primary caregiver. Christina LeBlanc very though with the follow up care . Explained everything to me about the treatment and any follow up care and appointments that was needed at this time. Very satisfied with my care.

Christina has been my primary care provider for many years. I have absolute confidence in Christina who is smart and wise, conscientious and caring. I have felt so fortunate to have found her! My husband also sees her and also holds her in very high regard. I know how hard the work can be. But, Christina handles her busy schedule expertly and calmly. She is wonderful!

1. Who knows what the future brings. Maybe I will want tele visit. 2. I think a phone call AND 2 text messages is overkill. 2 of the 3 confirmed the visit. Finally on the last text I was annoyed and refused to answer AGAIN.

I have been with Christina LeBlanc and Maine Care General for several years and I have had really good experience with them.

I should have blood work done before the visit. Then discuss what the new blood work looks like. Not the other way around. I feel the visit was useless

Tina Leblanc is thorough, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate her care of me.

It would be nice if there was the option to complete all the yearly paperwork online. It's a lot of paper, and the nurse has to transcribe the answers into the computer anyway. You could save the paper option for those who either don't have internet, or would prefer to do it that way.

FNP LeBlanc was excellent! She was very well up-to-date with my current medical issues, ideas on changes that need to be made medication wise, and had an excellent plan for path forward.

I've seen Tina Leblanc both visits and she is wonderful! I find her knowledgeable, relatable, caring, and responsive. I am very pleased with the practice.

My lab draw experience was painful. Two different medical assistants attempted my lab draw 3 times and the final attempt left me with a large bruised & sore area on my right arm.

I have sent 4 new patients to this office......They loved the attention they got.......All were very happy.....

The need for an appointment with a nurse a few weeks prior to the appointment with my FNP seems like a waste of time and money. I just want to see the primary, FNP.

Was very pleased that the practitioner listened to me and understood the issues I was having and concerns about them especially since I had polio as a child and was in the iron lung for a period.

Although the front desk staff were very kind the signature pads were not working so the visit should be nonbillable as consent to treat and bill was never signed

I found the pre- registration questionnaire odd at best.

Routine physical was scheduled a year in advance with primary provider. The office needed to reschedule but could not make rescheduled appointment with primary for 4 months. Had to see another provider. Although the non primary provider was awesome, I feel "routine" means I see my provider who knows my background best. If reschedule is needed, I feel it should be scheduled in a timely manner with the primary provider. That said I have no complaints about the provider I saw or the care received.

My Nurse Practitioner Christina Leblanc is very thorough. I appreciate the time she takes in explaining what I need to do at home. She is very knowledgeable of medications & what to prescribe. I highly recommend her.
