I was expecting a phone call for the past two days and I never got one for the results of my culture. And that's very stressful with the situation of the symptoms I'm having.

Okay, what I want to say is that I'm sorry Christina is leaving. I've really enjoyed her as my PCP and I will miss her. Thank you.

I have 18% function with a kidney and the other one was cut out. And this is the second time that antibiotic orders. It was the wrong one. And I had to call back the next day to get something different. So no, I wasn't happy about that. That's it.

Tammy in Christina Leblanc's office was very though & friendly going over my prescriptions & any problems I might be having. It helped put me at ease. She wheeled me in for my appointment in a wheelchair. I am so glad you have volunteers who offer that. Christina spins enough time with me so I don't feel rushed. She explains everything to me in detail which I appreciate. Her knowledge of medications is outstanding. I trust her & really enjoy her as my primary provider. The office staff are always nice here. I appreciate your volunteers too.

Yes, I had an appointment with Christina. I'm glad she's back. She answered all my questions that I had. Now I'm waiting for three referrals that she needs to send me so I can make appointments for some specialists because I've got some surgeries to be done. So if she could send me my referrals, I appreciate it. Thank you.

I'm very happy with the care I have at Maine general, however, I've been trying on and off for three years to get connected to follow my health. So far, after doing everything that I was told to do numerous times, I still am not on the patient portal. Very frustrating.

Tina has been my care provider for many years....I would not want any one else....She always has my well being 1st....Even when I don't want it....My meds arrive on time and my shots are given in a timely manner......Tina works hard and I appreciate her hard work and fabulous personality....She does so much for me.

Everyone from entering the hospital to registering at the desk admissions and check out were wonderful as well as Christina LeBlanc and her nurse were wonderful.

After a mishap with confirming my appointment, which is totally on me. I hit the wrong numbers to confirm and ended up canceling two appointments because they came through together, I will never have 2 appointments on the same day again. Some people are better at hitting numbers on the phone, I am not one of them. I was extremely fortunate to meet a great office person, and she managed to get me in later that morning. Otherwise the appointment went well. I am looking forward to having my physical in the fall.

When checking out I waited 20 minutes and left before I could talk to anyone my ride was waiting and couldn't wait any longer need more staff at the check out I had to call and get my return appointment and other information I needed.

Tina listens very carefully and responds accordingly. I value the recommendations she makes about follow-up treatment. I am extremely happy to be in her care.

Christina has been my primary care provider for many years. I have absolute confidence in Christina who is smart and wise, conscientious and caring. I have felt so fortunate to have found her! My husband also sees her and also holds her in very high regard. I know how hard the work can be. But, Christina handles her busy schedule expertly and calmly. She is wonderful!

1. Who knows what the future brings. Maybe I will want tele visit. 2. I think a phone call AND 2 text messages is overkill. 2 of the 3 confirmed the visit. Finally on the last text I was annoyed and refused to answer AGAIN.

I should have blood work done before the visit. Then discuss what the new blood work looks like. Not the other way around. I feel the visit was useless

Tina Leblanc is thorough, personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate her care of me.

It would be nice if there was the option to complete all the yearly paperwork online. It's a lot of paper, and the nurse has to transcribe the answers into the computer anyway. You could save the paper option for those who either don't have internet, or would prefer to do it that way.

FNP LeBlanc was excellent! She was very well up-to-date with my current medical issues, ideas on changes that need to be made medication wise, and had an excellent plan for path forward.

Everyone was wonderful and very attentive. Christina and her assistant were wonderful and the girl that did the EKG, explained everything she was doing. And of course the office people both at registration and check out were great as they always are.

Just want to share how your staff did there jobs really well. Kept me informed throughout my visit. Very impressed and happy with my total care there. Every one was really attentive to make sure I understood and was comfortable.

My lab draw experience was painful. Two different medical assistants attempted my lab draw 3 times and the final attempt left me with a large bruised & sore area on my right arm.

I have sent 4 new patients to this office......They loved the attention they got.......All were very happy.....

The need for an appointment with a nurse a few weeks prior to the appointment with my FNP seems like a waste of time and money. I just want to see the primary, FNP.

First time I met Nurse Practitioner Tina. I was mightily impressed with her approach, her knowledge and her recommendations.
