Hello, this was my first visit, so some of the stuff I put down may not sound too good, but I was very happy with the service. I will definitely come back, unless you guys decide to open an office down here in Lewiston. Then I will gladly come to that office instead of driving all the way up to Augusta. Trying to get an appointment was stressful, five months before I could get appointment! Not happy about that. Dr. Christina Bourdelais was very good with my treatment. I believe Maine General, Augusta definitely has a scheduling problem! Not enough doctors!

I expressed to the check in staff that I felt I received too many reminders about this appointment. This person said they had no control over it. I asked them to pass this information along to the appropriate staff.

I wanted to schedule my six-month follow-up for my wax removal and they could not give it to me. They were set a month before. So if they called a month before, that may put me behind a couple more months. And that would be nice if it could be done differently. Okay, goodbye.

The technician was fine. The person who did my cleaning of my ears was okay, but it was very painful. And I kept telling her it was painful, so I finally stopped her on the second ear. And I will go back again to try to finish up, but it was a painful experience.
