The referral process is too slow. I waited for over 2 weeks for a call back. I understand time for physician to review but 2 weeks is too long.

Dr. Chris really knows what he is talking about and he understands his patients and how we feel. The reasons we go to him are to help us with our goals and he understands how important those are. He listens to his patients.

Dr. Lutrzykowski is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. I did exactly what he said. I was better the next day and still recovering, but he is absolutely one of the best doctors on the planet. Not only that, but he's respectful, kind, considerate, I felt as though he really listened to me and cared about my health. So thank you all of you. I'm definitely coming back and recommending you to everyone.

Tried to call their office several times today but could not get through. Office worked hard to get me an MRI stat but the radiology group would not do it do to retina surgery in 2006 without an exray of my skull to insure no metal. I've had an MRI, CAT scan and multiple PET scans at Maine General in the last year at HACCC Augusta. The radiologist is calling Dr. Chris' office to schedule an exray prior to a go head for new MRI. For retina surgery I did not get a Sclaral Band but a nitrogen bubble in eye. I provided the radiologist with name of eye surgeon.

I was VERY happy that they did not ask me AGAIN to fill out a questionnaire about my health, meds, etc. At other visits to the ortho dept each subsection wanted their OWN questionnaire filled out, which is very aggravating. This was a great visit, quick and professional and courteous!

Dr. Lutryzkowski explained everything clearly. The corticosteroid injection was not nearly as painful as I expected! In addition, he gave me a good tip about strength training to help me get back to lifting with both arms. Excellent all the way around.

Dr. Lutrzykowski is amazing, one of the best orthopedists I've ever had. Your front office staff was impersonal and not friendly at all. They weren't rude, but they just didn't care to be there.

Dr. Lutrzykowski, I had another young man, another doctor with him that particular day and they both took great care, great time, were very thorough and came up with a solution with what my issue was and I'm extremely happy with the care I got from them. I give them both absolutely a 10.

The two doctors were very fast and very thorough. They did a great job. It was awesome that literally 30 seconds after they told me I needed an x-ray, they got it done, and then they did a sonogram, and everything happened very fast and smoothly. It was perfectly run. Couldn't have been better.

Dr. L is awesome! He has had a student with him the last couple times and really explains what the student needs to know or think about while also making sure I have the information I need. I feel heard when I see him and feel understood. Maine General is lucky to have him.

I can't get over how much the 2 Doctors seem to care about what I was going through. It was nice to have such care done for a patient. I felt better afterwards just knowing what was going on as explained by them. Kudos to the team.
