Had to wait an hour before doctor came in to see me

When I was there for my appointment, I don't remember the gentleman's name that brought me into the room, but he was truly amazing. Very thorough. Extremely nice checked on us even when we were waiting!

I'm rating this call here on my experience on Monday, which was the worst that I ended up walking out and leaving at a first-year resident that barely spoke English or didn't speak great English and didn't understand much. I don't know how many times I told Dr. Chidi, because that's what she goes by, that I do not have diarrhea. I told her more times I got fingers and toes within five, ten minutes that I was with her. She was unable to find my records or even that I had went to urgent care when the nurse had found it in the computer. Not a problem. She was awful. I would not recommend her. I don't ever want to see her again, but I'm going to tell you everybody else in the facility

Every office worker was extremely helpful and cheerful. Dr. Chidi made me feel cared for and heard. I particularly appreciated her bright and extremely helpful demeanor. Doctor's seem to be so tired and hurried. I know Dr. Chidi had just come from a 'procedure' with another patient, however she was upbeat and seemed interested in me.

I did not feel as though my doctor knew what she was doing. I felt judged for not wanting vaccines or anything (epidural / gases) when I go into labor for pain management. She makes appointments without my knowledge, argues with my husband and I over other things. I've had 3 visits with this doctor and I'm not impressed at all!
