I had to stop the doctor and ask why medication was being prescribed. I asked what made them question my previous diagnosis. The explanation was not offered. Had I been someone who does not question, I would never had known the thought behind the action.

Our time spent with Cheryl was a wonderful surprise. She explained everything about my condition clearly. In addition to this removed confusion and fear from my previous urologists. Excellent active listening skills. Would recommend this office to anyone.

The examination was very superficial for the symptoms that were described, including the patient's age and occupational history.

Yes, I saw Cheryl Smith who was very nice and professional. I was there because I had blood in the urine and she said she was going to schedule an invasive test. I think it's called a cystoscopy to check for bladder cancer. But I didn't know until I spoke to a different professional today that unlike if you have an endoscopy and they see something suspicious, they can snip it off. I didn't know that if she suspected cancer, that I would have to go to a totally different specialist who did the, you know, took the biopsy, which I wish I had known when I was in the appointment with her. Okay, thank you.

The entire staff I came in contact with has a great sense of humor which I appreciate because it makes for a much calmer atmosphere in the office. I'm very comfortable putting my health issues into there hands and looking forward to complete recovery. Thank you to everyone.

Overall very good experience with a reasonable wait time.

They were wonderful it is just hard to wait and be told the surgery you need will have to wait 6 weeks due to no availability openings.

I really appreciate the fact that this was sort of, it's a reoccurring problem of mine and it came up quickly and you cannot waste time with it and they got me in. I mean, that was incredible. I was told to go pick up some medicines that I needed and my insurance doesn't cover it.

This was my yearly appointment. The medication they have put me on has been working successfully. I am grateful for that.

This visit could have been over the phone. Just xray report and see you on a year.

The only bad part of the visit was that there were not enough wipes in the bathroom for a proper urine sample deposit. There was only one antiseptic wipe when three were called for in the process.

The NP Smith was not very welcoming seemed very rude and not care much about my health or seeing me or willing to discuss my health issues just wanted to renew scripts and be done with my visit.

Twice I was sent to radiology for ct scan. And twice I was turned away.

I struggle with trusting my care to medical professionals after challenging historical experiences but, if there were more providers and medical staff like Cheryl, I would feel more at ease with seeking treatment in a preventive approach opposed to reactive. She really is amazing

Yes, Cheryl was such a great doctor. I really enjoyed visiting with her. She explained everything to me that I needed to know and also things I didn't need to know she told me. So anyway, I really appreciate her and you should too. So that's it.

Please clean your bathroom throughout the day. I was there for a 1:45 appointment and the bathroom was gross. The floor and toilet were worse than some gas stations. I understand what people go in there to do but, yikes. I'd rather bring in my own pre-filled cup so I wouldn't have to use that bathroom.

Cheryl Smith is very thorough in her prep. Prior to entering the examination room, Cheryl appears to have reviewed the results of my blood work, prior testing and records. She also has gathered an opinion on how best to proceed with the data she has reviewed. Rather than rushing into further procedures, she is conservative with her approach ( a view that complements my own. Thank you Cheryl for the care I receive.

Considering the nature of the size of the stone and the pain that I'm in, that it's going to have to wait three weeks to have that rectified while I'm floundering around like a fish out of water, taking more medicines than I want to take. I'm really not pleased. I thought that they should have found some other facility someplace that could get me right in. to the hospital in order to use their urologist, it's up to you to call them and tell them that I need that one. I just can't go out and ask for it because I'm not a doctor. That's the nature of my problem with all this. Thank you. Bye.

Dr Smith is the best Dr. Love her. She's up front, honest and all the while being gentle and real. There's no embarrassment in telling her what's up and all that goes with it. She's the Dr you could invite over for supper and not have to take out the best china. For her I would though. You/we/me are very fortunate to have her in our medical lives.

The amount of my wait time between when I was initially ushered into the examination room and Dr. Smith was able to see me was about an hour, which seemed lengthy? I am reminded to schedule my next appointment for the AM, since I am aware that scheduled PM appointments run longer!

I was very pleased with the entire visit.

My only concern was I waited, I think, almost a year or over a year to see a woman in the urology department. I was met by a man to do the intake. I was sorry about that, but he was very nice. That's the only, it's not really a complaint, but it's telling you how I felt. So thank you very much. You were all wonderful. I can't believe the snow that we got while I was in there. But other than that, it was just the fact that I wanted to see only women and I got a man intake person. I think that's what they call it, but whatever. So thank you,

I travel to Augusta from Bangor to this office. I do so because this office is so kind and caring. I've never had such a cohesive team of people in a doctor's office. From receptionist when I arrive to seeing my doctor, to my check out. Everyone listens and doesn't hurry me when I have questions. I feel like any medical concern that I have is taken very seriously and I'm given the correct support for the situation. Just thank you!
