My experience was wonderul. My primary doctor wasn't available, I had a limited amount of time and was in and out in less than an hour. I found the provider to be caring, knowledageable and understanding. Received a call back within a couple of days with results. Pleased? Oh Yes!

Loved the quick service and help

The follow-up was way more personal and speedy than expected. I felt like I was truly cared about.

I had to ask a lot of questions in order to get answers about his diagnosis. As a first time mother, in the future, I'd like to be given as much information as possible without needing to ask follow up questions.

The attending physician was kind, curtious, professional and made my visit just like I like them. Quick to the point, informational and out the door!

Dr Brown was amazing, and made me felt cared for for the first time in a while. Even though she isn't my primary, she showed much knowledge about my existing PKD and was able to assess my needs quickly and with great empathy. Thank you again.

Team was professional and efficient and my waiting time was minimized. Because of my situation, I was sent over to the emergency department.

The visit was quick and insightful. The ER at Me. Gen. was called and arrangements made for an ultrasound to be performed right away, letting me avoid the lengthy process of going through the emergency dept. This was most appreciated, being seen in a very timely fashion.

The pa that I had was the best i have ever had in there. She is fantastic and knows her stuff, but also friendly just great. Don't let her go.

Yes, the staff was all very nice and friendly and helpful. And the provider was very good. She went out of her way. They had to send us to the emergency care ultimately, but she provided a summary of my mother's health care issues. And that was very, very helpful. We ended up going to Boston, ultimately, for her emergency eye surgery, but thank you for all the good care that you provide. We appreciate you. Thanks.

Chelsea Brown PA Saved my life! Initial assessment did not show a stroke But she said I MUST go ER Immediately, I didn't want to BUT her insistence that I must go SAVED MY LIFE. MRI at augusta general showed i had a stroke & I underwent an operation to save my life. I'm crying as I write "Many people had a hand in saving my life BUT, it started with Chelsea Brown PA assessment and insistence that I go to the ER. "Chelsea Saved my Life!"

Yes, I'm always very impressed with Express Care. It is a very useful tool since it's always difficult to get a schedule with your regular physician. So I really appreciated it. And it's always a pleasure to do that because everyone from the receptionist to everyone involved is always very kind. So thank you very much.

MaineGeneral Health Express Care in Augusta is gold standard. I've been to many different Express Care facilities throughout the state of Maine, and this was the best experience I have ever had. I work in healthcare myself and healthcare currently is a hellscape. But in that moment, while I was at Maine General Express Care, it didn't feel like a hellscape. Keep doing what you're doing!

I have always appreciated the care I have gotten at urgent care as well as when my PA was there before she retired. I highly recommend this group of service services to people in my community.

They did a great job notifying me after that I was on the correct antibiotics.

Yes, everybody was very helpful. They explained everything as we got there. Didn't have to wait long. They provided us with all the help and things that we needed and got us where we needed to go as soon as they could.

Chelsea was very kind and caring and walked me through potential issues and I certainly appreciated her time.

The doctor, nurses and hospital staff were awesome. I do wish the triage (the 1st one) explained the waiting room expectations better. It took two hours to be seen .. but once inside everything moved quickly and the staff was excellent.

They were all great! I have never had a bad experience here!

The amount of time between my initial exam room nurse visit and the visit in the exam room by the urologist seemed to take longer than expected. I have since learned that afternoon appointment time management tends to run longer due to patient load. Thanks.

The PA was outstanding to explain what was knotting up and that she understood clearly what I was feeling. She explained what I should do, what meds to take, and what to do if there were side effects. I can't say enough good about how she's treated, related, and diagnosed me.

I give Chelsea high marks for being an excellent, caring physician. She took the time to contact a radiologist to share her concerns about my X-ray report. She exhibited a high engagement level and was easy to talk to. She was also concerned about how long I had to wait. Not a trait you often see! I would like to thank her for such excellent care!

Chelsea Brown was incredibly kind, positive, thorough and knowledgeable. Her positive attitude and nature was refreshing

I found it very helpful. She was easy to talk to and also explained my situation very clearly to me. She also explained the medication that she prescribed for my situation. She also was very attentive to my partner that was with me. I certainly would not hesitate to go again if I needed to be treated.

Ms. Brown was upbeat and very clear, had listening skills, and made me feel very supported during my visit and also recommended some medications that weren't recommended previously that helped tremendously. I would highly recommend her.

I thought the nurse and the doctor or the PA was very good and thorough and explained everything. I also thought the intake was very good and explained everything to me as well.

The wait time to get into a room was very short, even tho the parking lot was full. All who helped me were caring and very nice.

I had a very great experience. The physician actually knew what it was that I had and that was surprising because it had been so long since I had had it before and she said she had only seen one other case in the seven years she had been there. So I really did appreciate that and thought that was wonderful. So great job.

Chelsea was excellent.

I have been having the same issue for a number of weeks and months and even going to my PCP's office, nobody has quite figured out what was going on, but when I came to Express Care and talked with Chelsea Brown, she took the time to listen to me and finally figured out what was going on. She didn't just ignore or not listen to what I was saying and instead she went the extra mile and did additional testing, more susceptible tests, and finally figured out what was going on with me, which nobody had done yet. So I think that she did an excellent job and I wish I had seen her much sooner.

Explained issues well and treatment needed for my condition. Friendly easy to talk with. What follow up would be needed if conditions didn't improve.

The lady at the front check in desk was super helpful. She had a nurse come out and get me to go right in, because I had high blood sugar. The nurse that did my vitals was super sweet. She was caring. Chelsea the physician assistant was one of a kind. She was down to earth and easy to conversate with and ask questions and wish I could have her again. You guys are lucky to have her as part of your staff.

I am very happy with Chelsea. I think she walks on water. She's very bright and quick, listens really well. It's easy to relate to. I think she's great.

Friendly and helpful

I've had my blood pressure taken in several different areas and places and times and it seems the blood pressure cuff that was used took quite a while and even the nurse assistant mentioned that it was taking quite a while and it gave a very high reading on my upper number so I really think that should be looked into as I had just been to my doctor the week before and my number was quite a bit lower so that would be my only suggestion would be to check out the blood pressure cuffs and make sure they're working correctly.

Much better than the ER! Quick check-in, didn't wait long to be seen, ibuprofen and Tylenol were administered right away to lower his high temperature. Tests showed that he had influenza A. We were told to give both fever reducers, given a chart for dosage, and told to follow-up with his doctor. If things should get worse, to bring him back or take him to the ER. Things did get worse the next day, but then got better again.

Chelsea Brown, PA and the nurse were great! They did everything they could to make me comfortable during an uncomfortable time.

The position that saw me when I was in there, Chelsea Brown, it was just tremendous. Just personable and engaged, listened well, explained thoroughly the kind of care I remember getting as a child in the good old days. So give her a raise and don't let her change her job.

I received such kind care! From the front receptionist, who noticed my distress and immediately called for a nurse to assist me. This same nurse took the best care of me. No waiting time at all! Chelsea Brown, PA took expert care of me, explained everything in lengthy detail, and offered follow up care, if needed. The young lady who administered a nebulizer treatment also was so helpful and thorough. This was the best, warmest, most kind hospital experience (as well as professional and very knowledgeable) I have EVER experienced! My gratitude to all involved!
