Hi, I was just at the Express Care and had a great visit. I felt comfortable the whole time and normally I'm really nervous to go do walk-in stuff like that. She answered all of the questions I had and additional stuff as well.

I was lucky to hit a slow time. I was in and out. Cared for wonderfully, with Dr having time to even chat.

My staff on New Year's Day was fantastic! They were caring and understood my concerns. And I felt like they were as excited to give me an answer about why I felt like I did

I was sent to the emergency room and the doctor there felt that I didn't need to be there. Can express care do blood work?

The nurse, and doctor was very concerned about what I was experiencing. The medication I was prescribed helped me greatly. I'm glad that they noticed the issue even though it could have been a few other things that could have been wrong with me. But, they guessed correctly thank goodness.

Wait times were short, everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly, and helpful. I have always had positive experiences at express care and have recommended it to friends.... Thank you!

The student and provider I had during my visit were extremely wonderful.

Normally, I don't go to Express Care unless I absolutely feel like I need to, almost an emergency, because of the wait time. But this time I got there around 10 o'clock on I think it was a weekday and I had a 10 to 15 minute wait, 10 to 15 minute wait and the receptionist was very enjoyable to talk to.

I was not impressed with the dictated note because the provider stated that I was talking about significant financial stress that is not the stress I was discussing I was talking about the stress of my father passing. Furthermore, her note stated that she told me to seek my PCP within 3 to 5 days again that's not something that we spoke of so I really feel like the dictation was not a true representation of the visit.

The follow-up was way more personal and speedy than expected. I felt like I was truly cared about.

I had to ask a lot of questions in order to get answers about his diagnosis. As a first time mother, in the future, I'd like to be given as much information as possible without needing to ask follow up questions.

The attending physician was kind, curtious, professional and made my visit just like I like them. Quick to the point, informational and out the door!

The visit was quick and insightful. The ER at Me. Gen. was called and arrangements made for an ultrasound to be performed right away, letting me avoid the lengthy process of going through the emergency dept. This was most appreciated, being seen in a very timely fashion.

Chelsea Brown PA Saved my life! Initial assessment did not show a stroke But she said I MUST go ER Immediately, I didn't want to BUT her insistence that I must go SAVED MY LIFE. MRI at augusta general showed i had a stroke & I underwent an operation to save my life. I'm crying as I write "Many people had a hand in saving my life BUT, it started with Chelsea Brown PA assessment and insistence that I go to the ER. "Chelsea Saved my Life!"

MaineGeneral Health Express Care in Augusta is gold standard. I've been to many different Express Care facilities throughout the state of Maine, and this was the best experience I have ever had. I work in healthcare myself and healthcare currently is a hellscape. But in that moment, while I was at Maine General Express Care, it didn't feel like a hellscape. Keep doing what you're doing!

The doctor, nurses and hospital staff were awesome. I do wish the triage (the 1st one) explained the waiting room expectations better. It took two hours to be seen .. but once inside everything moved quickly and the staff was excellent.

The PA was outstanding to explain what was knotting up and that she understood clearly what I was feeling. She explained what I should do, what meds to take, and what to do if there were side effects. I can't say enough good about how she's treated, related, and diagnosed me.

I give Chelsea high marks for being an excellent, caring physician. She took the time to contact a radiologist to share her concerns about my X-ray report. She exhibited a high engagement level and was easy to talk to. She was also concerned about how long I had to wait. Not a trait you often see! I would like to thank her for such excellent care!

She also was very attentive to my partner that was with me. I certainly would not hesitate to go again if I needed to be treated.
