Everyone was kind and friendly and I had a good experience with everyone

Due to the complications of my spine and back, which was really injured after lifting a 50-pound suitcase, I should have had an MRI run, not just a CAT scan. It is now going to be necessary for me to go back and have an MRI run. This should have been done during my initial visit.

The care team listened to me and took care of my needs during this visit.

It was a very good visit with all the staff! Very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend you to family and friends!

PA Brown is very knowledgeable and her main goal was hearing my issues and trying to fix what was wrong with me, not just plowing through me like other providers have done in the past.

At the Gardiner site, my care has invariably been top-notch! Never rushed, quality listening and well worth my drive.

Chelsea believed that steri stripes would hold the wound together cause it had started to join just from my constant pressure on it. However, just daily use (while banaged) caused it to gape a bit & bleed sufficiently to cause the straps to let go that nite. We cleaned it, re-bandaged it, applied antibiotic ointment & crossed our fingers. Have been doing same daily since but the wound still games slightly when uncovered. Just is in area that is extremely flexed. Stitches might pull out if they had been used. Don't have any suggestions on what could have improved the situation. Thanks for listening to me.

I was recommended to call my obgyn as soon as possible because I needed to get in for an exam my obgyn took a full work day to call me back and dismissed me because they claimed what was sent to them did not require me to be examined So it was just a little confusing

Chelsea was amazing. She went above and beyond her normal duties. She made sure to follow up with me as far as lab results on her day off and even called in a new prescription for me on her day off as well. So couldn't be more pleased with my experience with her and definitely she is highly recommended.

I went in for a puncture wound, told them i needed stitches (I work at MCH) everyone was in agreement. I waited an hourish to see a provider for her to tell me I didnt need stitches. Did not clean the wound, put glue IN it, and then on top of it. The glue was off the next morning. I ended up getting 3 stitches.

There was a man there leaving as we came in. No one else was there so it was quick. I then was sent to the emergency room and was there for hours. Very busy there.

The hospitality

Very professional and didn't have to wait very long.

I went to express care for an animal bite to my hand that was showing signs of infection within 10-12 hours of being bitten. The staff out front was very knowledgeable and and personable. I also had a very short wait time and the young lady who took care of me was very friendly and knew exactly what I needed to help with the infection that was settling in. And prescribed me enough to take 2x's daily for a week. Within a day of getting the medication and taking my second dose it had already started working and reducing the pain and swelling. I'm going to finish the medicine as directed and I'm happy to say that I am feeling better. ?

Knowledgeable staff. Very thorough. Got the prescriptions I needed that were effective for my condition.

My experience with express care was outstanding starting with the nurse I talked to on the phone ...to the receptionist at the front desk... to the doctor who examined me who went out of her way to look at another concern I thought of while I was sitting there...and the grand finale was Alex...the man who called me after I left to give me the results of my x-ray. Simply one of the best choices/experiences I've had all year!

Yes, Chelsea Brown did an exceptional job. She set me up in confidence and clarity with some of the best doctors I've had in my lifetime. So I strongly recommend the organization and specifically Chelsea Brown and also the nurse that took the vitals before that. The doctor at the express care was excellent . The doctor at Thayer the day after was very rude and I will not be going back there .

I LOVED the provider I saw! Unfortunately, I can not remember her name. She was "real" and down to earth; just what I needed. She stated several things to earn credibility with me but did not go over the top. She is someone I would love to see on a regular basis.

Hi, I was just at the Express Care and had a great visit. I felt comfortable the whole time and normally I'm really nervous to go do walk-in stuff like that. She answered all of the questions I had and additional stuff as well.

I was lucky to hit a slow time. I was in and out. Cared for wonderfully, with Dr having time to even chat.

My staff on New Year's Day was fantastic! They were caring and understood my concerns. And I felt like they were as excited to give me an answer about why I felt like I did

I was sent to the emergency room and the doctor there felt that I didn't need to be there. Can express care do blood work?

The nurse, and doctor was very concerned about what I was experiencing. The medication I was prescribed helped me greatly. I'm glad that they noticed the issue even though it could have been a few other things that could have been wrong with me. But, they guessed correctly thank goodness.

Wait times were short, everyone I came in contact with was professional, friendly, and helpful. I have always had positive experiences at express care and have recommended it to friends.... Thank you!

The student and provider I had during my visit were extremely wonderful.

Normally, I don't go to Express Care unless I absolutely feel like I need to, almost an emergency, because of the wait time. But this time I got there around 10 o'clock on I think it was a weekday and I had a 10 to 15 minute wait, 10 to 15 minute wait and the receptionist was very enjoyable to talk to.

I was not impressed with the dictated note because the provider stated that I was talking about significant financial stress that is not the stress I was discussing I was talking about the stress of my father passing. Furthermore, her note stated that she told me to seek my PCP within 3 to 5 days again that's not something that we spoke of so I really feel like the dictation was not a true representation of the visit.

My experience was wonderul. My primary doctor wasn't available, I had a limited amount of time and was in and out in less than an hour. I found the provider to be caring, knowledageable and understanding. Received a call back within a couple of days with results. Pleased? Oh Yes!

Loved the quick service and help

The follow-up was way more personal and speedy than expected. I felt like I was truly cared about.

I had to ask a lot of questions in order to get answers about his diagnosis. As a first time mother, in the future, I'd like to be given as much information as possible without needing to ask follow up questions.

The attending physician was kind, curtious, professional and made my visit just like I like them. Quick to the point, informational and out the door!

Dr Brown was amazing, and made me felt cared for for the first time in a while. Even though she isn't my primary, she showed much knowledge about my existing PKD and was able to assess my needs quickly and with great empathy. Thank you again.

The visit was quick and insightful. The ER at Me. Gen. was called and arrangements made for an ultrasound to be performed right away, letting me avoid the lengthy process of going through the emergency dept. This was most appreciated, being seen in a very timely fashion.
