I'll say it again. I have had nothing but good luck with all aspects of Maine General and all the different doctors. You guys are wonderful people there and thank you for taking good care of me

The entire staff was very welcoming and devoted to doing a great job.

Dr Jacobs is a class act. He explains things about my condition in way that puts me at ease. Always checks to make sure that I understand the pros and cons of each option for my care. I have seen him for a number of years and we review where we started and what lies ahead.

Over a year from original schedule visit, dr Jacobs more informative and simple to make clearer choices for plan of care and treatment and preventative development of renal stenosis and hypertension. Alleviated fears.

Dr. Jacobs clearly has a high level of expertise in nephrology. He also has good provider/patient skills. He provides thorough information about test results, their affect on disease status and treatment recommendations. He provides information clearly and with empathy. He listens patiently and responds to questions thoughtfully, thoroughly and compassionately. He discusses with the patient when the next appointment should occur. He is an example of what every physician should aspire to be and what every patient is lucky to find in today's world of largely inadequate health care.

Yes, my appointment went very, very smoothly. The doctor was very, very knowledgeable. It appears that he came in just recently to the hospital, but he's doing a great job. He explains everything. I'm very comfortable with him, and it's nice to see that I have somebody that can relate to me, knows my condition, and knows how to approach it.

Dr. Jacobs is the best! He's obviously brilliant but is able to converse with patients ata level we can all understand. He answers my questions every visit. I can't say enough good about him.

The service was very good. He told me what I need to know. He was up and honest with me. And I think he's going to make a good doctor for a lot of good patients, just like they did in Inland. He's a great doctor, and I'm comfortable with his decision.

All of the clinical team, from the desk check in, nurse and Dr. Jacobs were courteous and professional.

There was a long wait to get an appointment but that is just the way it is and it was not an emergency appointment.
