Cat Cassie is a delight. She's friendly and she knows her stuff. She was able to explain everything about the procedure I'm contemplating, and instilled confidence in me that I was making the right decision. She's a credit to Maine General!

The PA was kind and compassionate and thorough.

Hard time getting in. Registration was not very welcoming. I was standing there, yes she was doing something, but did not even acknowledge me for a bit. MA was great, provider great, glad to have them.

It was a pleasant experience that I didn't have to wait for my appointment. I didn't have to wait downstairs in the Main General to come up to Cass's office. They took me right away. I didn't have any wait time in between. It was great. It's a first for me at Main General. I thank her.

Cassie and her team are approachable and warm. They take time to listen , not in a rush. What I think : The West and the East in medicine are not oil and water. You could learn a lot from each other. You have to jump through the hoops of West to get in the door after long waits and be at Mercy of your primary Dr. While being thankful for the healing modalities of the East, they brush off like crumbs while glued to computer screens. Being old and navigating the the system is challenging. ?

The PA is pleasant and she seems knowledgeable and competent and gives me generous of her time

I had an incredible experience with Cassie as my provider. She listened to me. I felt very heard and she went above and beyond to make sure that she is looking into everything she can to see what is going on with me and I really appreciate having a doctor that truly cares about their patients.
