I wish someone would do something about answering the phone at the office. I feel you need a person just to answer the phone. I've been going there now for years and it is so hard to get in and to ask about an appointment question a medication appointment and etc..

I was impressed with the care staff and their courtesy to me as a patient and as an individual. They really seemed to care about my health. I realize that you are somewhat constrained by ICD codes that only reimburse for short periods of time, and I accept that. What is refreshing is that you met the ICD code time, but did so in such a way that it did not seem rushed at all. And having the good "bedside" manner really makes a difference even though you are time constrained. A big thank you.

It took me two weeks to get an appointment, but I understand that's how it is and that's kind of quick nowadays. Everyone I saw that day was very understanding and nice with my situation. It seemed like they truly cared.

PA-C Catherine Blanchard was very knowledgeable about my condition that I was seen for. She was very kind and thoughtful.

I signed in at the time I was supposed to be there. I filled out my paperwork. And within five minutes, my name was called, met Catherine, and it was just a wonderful experience. And I appreciate it. I'm going to rehab 26 days before my original thing. It was really nice. They found me somebody that canceled and they slipped me in right into that position. I can't think a better thing about Maine General. Thank you.

It was short and to the point. I thought that it would also my left hand, I did recieve a shot in my left wrist, but it did not seem to work. I should be seeing them again.

My provider, Catherine Blanchard, was very helpful, listened to me, talked about a couple of different issues I was facing, and we have a path forward for both of them. So it was great.

I found that Catherine was extremely knowledgeable and professional.She explained my condition and how best to proceed. She instilled a sense of confidence in me that we were taking the right steps to resolve my injury. I would highly recommend her to others for care of this nature.

I ended up with a $45 copay for what could have been accomplished with a phone call. No medical treatment at all. I have a ganglion cyst on my left wrist. When I called to make the appointment, I asked if it could be drained. I was told yes. When I met with the practitioner, she told me that I could be drained, but it could refill within two hours and the only real treatment is to have it surgically removed. That should've been a phone call.
