It was a good experience but did not solve the problem and I'll have to go back asap ,as I can not use my hand comfortably! My doctor was excellent!

It took me two weeks to get an appointment, but I understand that's how it is and that's kind of quick nowadays. Everyone I saw that day was very understanding and nice with my situation. It seemed like they truly cared.

PA-C Catherine Blanchard was very knowledgeable about my condition that I was seen for. She was very kind and thoughtful.

I signed in at the time I was supposed to be there. I filled out my paperwork. And within five minutes, my name was called, met Catherine, and it was just a wonderful experience. And I appreciate it. I'm going to rehab 26 days before my original thing. It was really nice. They found me somebody that canceled and they slipped me in right into that position. I can't think a better thing about Maine General. Thank you.

It was short and to the point. I thought that it would also my left hand, I did recieve a shot in my left wrist, but it did not seem to work. I should be seeing them again.

My provider, Catherine Blanchard, was very helpful, listened to me, talked about a couple of different issues I was facing, and we have a path forward for both of them. So it was great.

I found that Catherine was extremely knowledgeable and professional.She explained my condition and how best to proceed. She instilled a sense of confidence in me that we were taking the right steps to resolve my injury. I would highly recommend her to others for care of this nature.

I ended up with a $45 copay for what could have been accomplished with a phone call. No medical treatment at all. I have a ganglion cyst on my left wrist. When I called to make the appointment, I asked if it could be drained. I was told yes. When I met with the practitioner, she told me that I could be drained, but it could refill within two hours and the only real treatment is to have it surgically removed. That should've been a phone call.

Everyone was great. They told me what my options were, gave me feedback for my own treatment and to what would make me better, and that they were there for me if they needed me.

I found it very difficult making contact, waiting on the phone, making many different phone calls.

I'm hoping that the surgeon, when I see one, will be proactive and want to correct the botched carpal tunnel surgery I had out of state by a Plastic Surgeon. It's been four months and I still have issues with my right hand.

Catherine Blanchard is the best

Excellent care...had new X-rays and everything explained thoroughly. I received a steroid injection (flawlessly done). I have had good relief and am using new brace when using my thumb. Great bedside manner & take home instructions. Very satisfied!

Catherine Blanchard is fantastic. She knew exactly what to do.

One nurse was quite confrontational and I shared the interaction with the provider. I told her I did not want to interact with her again. The signs in the building protect the medical providers but who protects the patients from them? Some could learn people skills.

From checking in, to being taken to the exam room, then taken to x-ray, I was greeted with kindness and the service provided was excellent. Meeting with Catherine B. was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and explained in detail the injury to my left hand using the x-ray. She consulted with PT to make sure her exercise recommendations were spot on. They were. It was incredible to have a positive medical encounter through all the stages of treatment including obtaining a very timely appointment. Thank you for caring.

Hi. I thought Catherine did an excellent job. I'd never been in for this problem before. She was very patient in explaining it to me and treatment options, and I can't think of a thing she could have done to make it any better, effective visit.

For a very busy practice, there was not a moment of any staff member's efforts to make things move along in a timely manner that was wasted. From check in to procedure to clear, comprehensible sharing of information, everyone and everything was warmly efficient, professional and welcoming...even the short chat about our skiing life experiences! I have had bad experiences with the medical teams in the past- Catherine Blanchard was excellant communicating with me and also very personable- as in relating to me the patient. Out of the last 4-5 visits in other medical facilities- PCP, Neurology, etc. this was the only one where I felt a positive vibe. I would like to thank her for her making me feel as a person and not a number.

Hello, Catherine did a great job with all aspects of treatment including bedside manner and informing the patient myself of what was happening and why she was making decisions. We had a mutual decision-making process about how to move forward with my treatment and it was a very positive experience.

This is my third treatment for trigger finger. The first two have had no problems. I'm waiting for the third to heal. The PA-C was very nice to me. I will return if it happens again.

Great experience. Catherine is very professional and instructive as well as being so friendly and engaging.

Catherine was a joy to meet and cared for. I loved her bubbly personality, confidence and humility. I received an injection in my hand for a trigger finger and she did a great job. A little painful but was warned it might be. My appointment was also quick, I didn't wait long and the care was efficient.
