Cassandra "Casey" Sanko, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained shoulder and elbow surgeon who specializes in treating both operative and nonoperative injuries and chronic conditions affecting the shoulder, upper arm and elbow. She performs shoulder and elbow arthroplasty (anatomic and reverse total shoulder replacements, elbow replacements) as well as arthroscopic and open shoulder and elbow repairs. She also performs fracture fixation of the clavicle, shoulder, upper arm and elbow. Everyone from check in to pre-op nurses to anesthesiologists in or prep teams were totally professional courteous and comforting. Recovery room nurses show the same professionalism and care till they will be out the front door thank you very much for the excellent care.

Well, everybody there was pretty patient with me and they were nice with me and so forth. So I guess the care is great. I get along. My nurses and the doctor that's there that gives me my injections and yeah, we're pretty much all on the same page. So yeah.

I was thoroughly impressed with the staff.. The time spent and care given was just what I needed. Dr. Sanko was amazing. I trusted her knowledge right off and that of the staff. The hands on care I'm happy to say is excellent. Everyone is cheerful and inviting and I love that feeling of a happy enviornment. It tells not only that the patients are treated well but also that the staff is. I'm pleased to see this because a happy enviornment really builds trust.

Chairs in exam rooms should have arms on them and not be so low for handicapped people such as myself . The Doctor went above and beyond explaining my shoulder problems and the X-ray Team gets an A++ .

All staff, registers, MA and X-ray were very professional and polite. Dr Sanko was very knowledgeable, listen to my concerns and we worked out a treatment plan that was acceptable to both of us. Would recommend her.

Dr. Sanko is first rate! She's kind and caring and an amazing surgeon. Today I have about 90-95 percent use of my shoulder and am pain free. I owe it all to Dr Sanko. Amazing person and surgeon!

Best surgical experience I have had. No pain, fully informed in pre and post op expectations. Nerve block made such a difference in this surgery. PACU staff were fabulous pre and post op.
