Dr. Frost was amazing! Dr. Frost took time and care to get my 2 year old comfortable with the office environment. He was nervous at first, but by the end was curious and smiling. The effort made was incredible.

My experience with the provider was great.

Wait times are way too long. We got there at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment and didn't get out into a room until almost 4. There was also a long wait for the nurse come back for a vaccination and then for the doctor. We'd never switch providers because she's amazing but I think double scheduling keeps happening. We didn't leave the office until almost 5:15. 2 hours is way too long for an appointment. This is the situation for almost all of our appointments. I don't feel it's right to ask people to arrive 15 minutes early when we're normally seen half an hour late.

Dr frost is a fantastic provider. She takes the time to speak and make the parents and her patients comfortable. She sits down and gets at my daughter's level. I have never felt rushed or dismissed by Dr. Frost everytime I have seen her. She is kind and I can tell that she truly cares about her patients. I am so happy to have her as my daughters provider.

I couldn't believe how fast they got my daughter in! Dr. Frost was absolutely wonderful. She was so good with my girls and very knowledgeable. I'm very grateful for her.

Just wanted to take a moment to say that we have had Carrie Frost and her nurse for several visits now, and every time we see them, they're both excellent, they're both personal, and they know what they're doing, and they take a lot of time to just thoroughly sit down and go over our questions and concerns. So I really can't say enough good things about either one of them and just wanted to share that.

Dr. Frost was wonderful with our newborn as well as attentive to our toddler that we brought to the appointment. It's a wonderful feeling to know that our entire family is supported in receiving healthcare at Kennebec Peds.

Hello. We left our child care provider's office because we felt pretty unheard by our providers and our appointments were pretty far apart. And so we came looking for more understanding, and interaction, just overall better bedside manner with a pediatrician. And so we were definitely impressed with Kennebec Pediatrics for our first visit. Everybody was very welcoming, very knowledgeable about the chart thus far, and very open to conversation about our child health care. So we definitely were happy with our change and we'll be back.
