They are friendly, they are kind, they are professional. If I could pay them more money, I would. I love absolutely everybody in that office. Every single one of the staff from the physicians to people in the main office to the nurses, they all know the kids, they pay attention to them. They're fabulous. Pay them a million dollars an hour. I love these people.

The doctor didn't listen, seemed judgmental. We're referred somewhere but was told to do the opposite of the specialists. The receptionist is rude. Nurse pip is the only amazing person there anymore.
