Carol J. Mansfield, MD

We have been seeing Dr. Mansfield since the birth of our son. Over the last 2-3 years we have discussed our son's struggles with anxiety and depression. During this visit Dr. Mansfield made explicit remarks about my son's weight and her concerns regarding it. For the last 24hrs since that appointment my son has had panic attacks, has been refusing to eat regularly, questions eating and his negative self-talk has increased drastically. This conversation seemed completely out of character from a provider that we have whole-heartedly trusted and respected for the last 10 years. We are deeply disappointed in how this conversation was approached and are extremely concerned about the long-term ramifications of the conversation on our son's mental health. This should have been done without my child being present or presented in a way that would not cause so much mental harm to our child.

Dr. Mansfield is a great pediatrician. I absolutely love her. She's never steered me in the wrong direction.

They are friendly, they are kind, they are professional. If I could pay them more money, I would. I love absolutely everybody in that office. Every single one of the staff from the physicians to people in the main office to the nurses, they all know the kids, they pay attention to them. They're fabulous. Pay them a million dollars an hour. I love these people.

The doctor didn't listen, seemed judgmental. We're referred somewhere but was told to do the opposite of the specialists. The receptionist is rude. Nurse pip is the only amazing person there anymore.

Dr. Mansfield, PEP, and all the staff are wonderful. Thank you for your great care once again.
