The front office staff member was helpful and happy. The medical assistant was sweet and knowledgeable. The Dr was very knowledgeable about the procedure and made sure I knew what to expect along the rest of the way healing up from surgery. He listened to me ramble slghtly off topic a moment and offered a bit of friendly experience. The waiting room was full and it was 9am. Please keep checking in on these guys there's no other hospitals unless I want to go to Bangor or Portland. Im already having to see one provider in Portland. I honestly dont see why any of these professionals want to live in this area anymore so ....good luck.

Carl Pierce was absolutely awesome. What a nice professional he is. He made me feel comfortable, listed to my questions and made me feel important.

I really like Carl Pierce. He answered my questions so I could understand. He was thorough in explaining the results of the CT Scan and he was very informative on what next step will be. He explained what might happen depending on the results of the next CT Scan. He reviewed almost my entire life history which I hope helps him determine what is next. I am extremely satisfied with my visit with him.

The PA, Carl Pierce, was absolutely what all Dr's should be like. He was patient, informative and asked if we had questions. He also made sure my husband had his card in case issues or questions came up. With being nervous at what could be a life changing illness, he was a blessing in making us comfortable.

This experience was one of the best I've ever had. The staff were outstanding!!Dr. Carl Pierce was very friendly and talked to me very professionally and was one of the kindest Drs. I've ever met. Made me feel very positive about my treatment going forward. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Bravo to the staff and Dr. Carl Pierce.

Dr. Pierce is a fabulous man very personable and talks to you like a person not a patient, he explains everything in English and not Dr terminology. I enjoy talking with him. Thanks for all you've done and will continue to do for me
