I was satisfied with my appointment. She did everything right. She answered all my questions. She went above and beyond and she made me very comfortable about my surgery and she also gave me the pros and the cons of each and we chose together rather than me being told what I should do. She gave me a say. I'm very satisfied.

Dr. Russell was very good at listening and understood the multiple layers of the problem. I think we have a plan moving forward. Dr. Russell also spoke encouraging words which I really appreciate. So often I leave appointments feeling defeated. I left feeling understood and as though there is a plan.
