Dr Russell & her team were far above average that I've seen in areas I've been to which included Waterville, Newport, Augusta. I was very pleased with her very friendly & knowledgeable manner!! Same with her staff!

Dr Caitlin Russell is wonderful. She is compassionate, thorough, and she really listens. I appreciate that she includes my thoughts and feelings when deciding treatment. It hard to wait sometimes for an available appt but that also a good sign that she's liked. I would highly recommend her to others.

Dr. Russell was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable about my history. She discussed all of the pros and cons for my potential procedure. She also ordered some testing to help determine the cause of my symptoms as well as any related conditions due to my persistent nausea and significant weight loss. I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge in this specialty area as well as her kindness and concern for my well-being. I would recommend her 100%. I am extremely grateful for her involvement in my care.

Overall, I would say that I had a positive experience with the surgical team. I did, however, want to have some feedback based on my appointment, questions that I think of when I was in there. And I sent a request to the doctor, to the surgeon that I saw, and asked if she could answer those questions for me via the patient portal. And to me, they weren't anything real major. They were just one. I was just wondering how long the surgery would take with the kind that they were thinking of. You know, there were a few different things there that, to me, weren't something that

I was satisfied with my appointment. She did everything right. She answered all my questions. She went above and beyond and she made me very comfortable about my surgery and she also gave me the pros and the cons of each and we chose together rather than me being told what I should do. She gave me a say. I'm very satisfied.

Dr. Russell and her entire team have been nothing short of fantastic. Taking me from being very sick (in the er), stabilizing me so I now can have , and have scheduled the surgery. Kudos to all of the team.
