Brooke did not have knowledge of my upcoming surgery and wasn't able to explain or answer questions appropriately. Also, talked about loving to work with her boss, just seemed so inappropriate.

Every one was very nice from the x-ray women to Brooke and more ?

Dr Brooke is exceptional the best. She listen to you and explains everything to you that you can understand.

Excellent appointment. Still waiting for a follow-up. They were supposed to send a doctor's note yesterday and I was waiting to get the updated CA17 today. I'm assuming maybe everyone was busy. Other than that, everything was good, but still waiting for that follow-up paperwork. Thank you.

Was somewhat cursory as I didn't meet with the surgeon

Eliminate facility fee as they are unconscionable. Also,lower your prices to match other hospital systems. Why should residents of Kennebec County have to pay the highest rates in the state of Maine? Maine General Health would benefit from some healthy competition.

I felt well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and my doctor was awesome

My appointment was scheduled for 10:10 a.m. I did not get, my name was not called until 11 o'clock a.m. Very disappointed in how long it took me to get into the room. I expect my appointments to be running at least on time.

Once I got into the appointment things were good. I was required to arrive 15 minutes early to the appointment. Appointment was at 2:05. I was there by 1:50. I wasn't called back into the back until 2:50. This is not the practitioner or staff problem but a management issue. This is the second appointment where I had a 45 plus minute wait in the lobby.

They were very efficient at the appointment, but timing for when the appointment was scheduled is a little backed up. So it was tough dealing with the pain during waiting for my appointment to come up.

Hi, Brooke, the orthopedic, was good. She explained everything well and seemed like she cared about my son. The only issue I had was we waited an hour to see her. I think it was like 45 minutes in the waiting room and then 20 minutes or 15 in the room. That is all, but she was thorough. Thank you.

Did not get in to see the PA until 25 minutes after the scheduled time.

It was reassuring when Brooke immediately established a connection by reminding me that she was part of the surgical team. Knowing that she knew more about the procedure than I did removed my concern that I would need catch her up.

I thought Brooke kind of talked over me a little bit and said that she thought the only thing that I had wrong with me was a bursitis and didn't even schedule anything to look at my hip when I had a labrum tear surgery a couple years ago. And I really feel that it's my labrum. And FMH told me that I had nothing wrong with me for a week. And then now you guys are telling me that too. So I don't feel like I'm getting good care from either facility.

The Dr was very professional in discussing my fractured elbow. She showed the images of my X-rays to me and we discussed the damage to my elbow. She stated she wants to see me in two weeks for a follow-up then would have PT take over. Thank You very much.

I am in the process of forwarding my Northern light records over to Maine general So if there's any history that there not aware of that's the reason

All staff were wonderful. Brooke and Dr Shubert were awesome explaining things.

Brooke Heathco walked me through my concerns about pain after surgery. This my biggest concern. Now I feel confident that I can proceed with another total shoulder replacement!

Brooke had computer problems and couldn't view my x rays. I don't know if anything more was found.

Yeah, as of right now, they did an excellent surgery on me and I'm really happy with the results. I'm only a couple weeks after surgery right now, but they did a really excellent job and I really do appreciate the care that they've given me. It's much appreciated. Thank you.

Had to drive an hour to be told they could not tell me my diagnosis, that they had to talk with another Dr because they couldn't understand the mri reading. Was not happy

They need to work on keeping their scheduled appointment times. If they're behind the receptionist should tell the patient as they are checking in. This would improve the visit for all of your patients. Thank you.

No one could find the xrays sent over from Augusta office and I had to have new ones. Xray tech didn't ask me if I could be pregnant until after she 2 took 2 xrays. However, Brooke Heathco was amazing. She listened and was very helpful and professional as well as being friendly and thorough. I will go back for her specifically.
