I was extremely pleased with the care Briann Andrews provided. She listened to all concerns and answered all questions.

Everything about the experience was very good, except for the long wait to see Briann.

The only thing about this visit for a day that was stormy, I was taken in 20 minutes early, but then still didn't get seen until 40 minutes after my scheduled 3pm appointment.

I was grateful and appreciative of the time that I was given to be able to discuss my health concern. Briann was extremely kind and considerate in assuring that I understood and she was very patient in answering all questions and concerns that I had. Briann Andrew's was amazing! I was there for a very uncomfortable and embarrassing reason and she made me feel comfortable and calm and talked through all the options and path we were going to take. She didn't make me feel rushed at all made me feel heard calmed me and included me and informed me on everything! She was amazing!

Brianna Andrews is the best person I could have ever had. I recommend her to anyone. She's thorough. She's on the spot all the time. She's caring and very, very caring for her patients, especially me. I have a lot of issues and she cares about each one of us, each one of my issues, and so helpful.

Wait time was my only issue. Appointment was 11:20 it was close to noon before the provider arrived. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my provider.

Dr.B. Andrew's is so personable,takes her time to listen and explains what and why you are there to seek help! Great on follow up info and up to date on all records!

Briann Andrews impressed me as an experienced, knowledgeable & caring health professional who is very interested in working with me to maintain my health. She is also personally pleasant. The receptionist & nurse's aide (?) whom I talked with briefly were efficient & pleasant.

Usually the office waiting areas are full and the wait time is long, but yesterday the wait was short and Briann was able to do a full yearly exam and discuss my current health issues completely. My health in the past year has become quite complicated but I have never felt rushed by Briann and always felt she was interested in ensuring my many questions were fully addressed.

I am not confident that Briann is knowledgeable to treat all my issues.

Briann was extremely kind and helpful in a situation where I hadn't expected to have to come in. I had an acid reflux attack and have been trying to get rid of the resulting inflammation and she has been very reassuring in what's been a pretty scary moment, health-wise. This condition isn't a normal occurrence for me and I feel reassured under her care.

Bre is awesome I think she's a great NP and I'd recommend her to family and friends!!

Just wish the drs would listen to the patient. We know our bodies. And after 18 years dealing with an illness they should listen to what works for them.

Very smooth and easy process through most of my appt except at the sign out. People were clocking out was told "they" would call next day with a follow up appt, never got a call today!!

I was pretty nervous the day of my appointment since it was my first time visiting primary care in over 5+ years. I had a wonderful experience from the time of check in, during the appointment and visiting the lab and to check out was all great. Briann Andrews and the team made it a comfortable and informative visit for me and I look forward to continuing my care with this wonderful team.

I just wanted to comment that I believe getting a call back from this office, it would be easier to pull my own back teeth. I can't seem to get a call back. Last time I called, it was months, and I kept calling and calling. I drove an hour out of my way because I don't live close by, left a message in person, still never received a call back. Currently, I'm waiting on a call back. There was supposed to be a referral put through that wasn't put through. They called me today with the results of my blood work and no results or options as to what to do about it. They didn't address my kidney disease and, excuse me, that's what I was told I was being tested for. And I've seen my results and I've Googled what they all mean and I talked to another provider And they agree that it needs to be.

Duplication of questions about safety

The provider and the whole staff were super kind, patient and knowledgeable

My only problem with this appointment was that I had to wait over an hour to be seen. The nurse did warn me that there were two patients ahead of me, which I appreciated, but an hour is too long for me to wait considering how complex my health is and my low energy. On the positive side, my PCP is always very thorough and asks for my input when proposing changes to my care.

The staff that I was involved with was very friendly and very efficient. Absolutely no negative comments regarding my care.
