Ashley has been very helpful with my shoulder rehabilitation. She is very knowledgeable and easy to understand.

First of all, I was seen in the office for right elbow bursitis and when I arrived, I didn't see the doctor I was supposed to and said I saw someone that was assisting her. I still have swelling in my arm and my arm is still so sore and they told me there was nothing pretty much they could do for it. I waited two weeks to get in to be seen prior to that. It was much bigger and the swelling had gone down some because my doctor had put me on an anabiotic prior. As of today, my arm is still swollen, red warm to touch and it hurts to touch my elbow very disappointed. I've always had good service at Maine Orthopedic's.

Ashley was wonderful. She was polite, professional, empathetic and was excellent in giving me an injection. I'd see Ashley again for any issue I might have. Thank you for employing Ashley.

Ashley is wonderful... I had 4 injections, knees and shoulders. I never felt a thing! I have been receiving care here for many years. If it's possible, I believe the customer service and providers care improves each year here! Keep up the good work folks!

Yes, I would like to say that what I had was a shot that is to help my arthritis and I will be coming in for the next two weeks for two more shots of the same. And I would hope that you do not need to have me do another whole evaluation for the next two weeks. Ashley has been working with me on the arthritis for a few years now and she and I, I know that I can always count on her to give me a full and thorough explanation in answer to any of my questions. And I totally appreciate that. So that's the answer. If you have to call me back next week, it's going to be the same answer and the week after that it's going to be the same answer. So we're lucky to have Ashley in the system. Thank you so much.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I was very satisfied with the service.

Although I was there and I was in a lot of pain, the people that checked me in were great. The people, especially the lady, I can't remember her name, but the lady that did all the intake stuff inside the office, the nurse, she was really great. And the doctor put me on the right track to get some PT. So I'm very happy.

I am very grateful and impressed with the care and concern provided to me by the Orthopaedics staff, and in timely manner. Thank you.

The whole place is usually just awesome

I was taken into the room and given a procedure for my shoulder in a short timely manner and Orthopedic Dr. Ashley Mcdearmit was very thorough with her care. I highly trust her care during every visit I had and would highly recommended her to anyone.

The orthopedic department is first class! I feel lucky to live near this facility. Also, the cancer care center is wonderful. Top docs and a really nice atmosphere in the waiting areas. I went to both departments in the past two days. Very happy!!

I just need to know about removing diabetic devices before my mri. I couldn't find the right person to ask. I'll just assume i have to remove them.

Awesome care

I have seen several practitioners for different joints and always walk out extremely pleased. The doctors, their assistants, nurses and front desk staff are excellent.

The treatment I received for this visit was excellent other than no one told me when making the appointment it would be at a different facility than I had been visiting. I have had other issues recently with Maine General which cause me to be distrusting o MG.
