Every single staff member was caring, always telling me what was going on, what was next. I went in for a fractured wrist. Their compassion and concern was so helpful. I was ready for tears in pain, they brought me tylenol, offered crackers, water, ginger ale. It meant so much to me. Thank you Augusta Express care.

Everything was handled with professionalism.

They did nothing for me. Walked in with severe pain after a fall. Only did an xray. I am still in severe pain. Only gave me a doctor's note for work for 2 days. I have fractured ribs. Not sure how they expect me to work they gave me no pain meds nothing. I would of been better off to just stay home and never go. Still in severe pain. They were no help at all.

My PA is had was phenomenal!

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and were very clear when I needed to go somewhere for tests they were unable to administer. I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future, I really felt comfortable with the options given to me. I asked a few difficult questions, but I was given clear answers.

This is a general comment for care staff, not directed at Ashley Levesque personally. Please remember that what is a minor inconvenience for a person in their prime, such as a sprain, nasty cough or stuffy nose, can be far more impactful to an elderly person even if they appear to be in relatively good health. We don't recover as quickly and the energy costs to us of what seem to be minor ailments may be much greater than a young adult can imagine.

I was very impressed by everyone i came into contact with. The staff was friendly and professional.

The entire experience there was most positive. From the welcoming intake person to the treating staff, it was reassuring,and I felt I was being well cared for. The PA was exceptional! I would feel confident going there again.

I'm a diabetic who recently had gallbladder surgery. My tonsils are extremely enlarged. And I was having congestion and coughing issues. Was offered the possibility of prednisone if not improved. Got call a few days later. Told them i still am at the same progression and still no help.

He didn't give me any instructions on how to treat my sprained ankle, my sprained wrist, and my, I guess my sprained neck, nor did you tell me what I was supposed to do other than get, I guess, rest. He didn't tell me how to treat my percussion and what I need to do with it. And he didn't write any of this stuff down on a sheet of paper so my primary care doctor would know what happened, what I went through. And then I forgot to get all the x-rays and all the paperwork from the head scan, the wrist scan, the ankle scan, my back scan. I didn't get any of my x-ray, you know, my films back or my little disc or anything like that. And I wanted to have that also. Is there any way I can get it? Thank you. Have a great day.

I spoke with the associate regarding my problem. The advice she gave me was most helpful. It took like less than half a day with her advice and I had complete change and felt so much better. Thank you.

Positive and thoughtful staff

I waited in the exam room AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES AND NO ONE CHECKED ON ME. I left to to the bathroom a 2nd time. I was forgotten. I came in for a bladder infection. The provider asked when my last menstruation was. I had a hysterectomy over 20yrs ago due to cancer. Verified by nurse. Provider never looked at my chart. Nurse Verifiing meds had wrong patient info up. She had to re-enter when she realized it was wrong person. All together unprofessional

I was seen very quickly and everyone there was so kind and helpful. They definitely seemed like they wanted to do everything they could do to help me.

PA was kind & professional. Only concern was wait time in the examining room, over a half hour. Very busy that day.

Ashley was the best one I've had, and I wish she was my permanent primary. She's excellent. Thank you.
