Overall, the check-in process was really good. I just felt like the provider didn't really listen to what was going on with me. I have dealt with this issue many times in the past, and so when I was telling what was going on, I felt very unheard, but I understood also to an extent where she was coming from. The issue was, it turned out to be exactly what I thought it was, but I was prescribed antibiotics that I knew I didn't need, so I never started taking them. I still just have them at the house. But I felt like if I was listened to initially, I would have just needed the one prescription for the issue that I actually had rather than paying for three prescriptions that I didn't need two of.

There was a long wait time before I got to see the doctor. About an hour.

The nurse practitioner was helpful and answered my questions.

I appreciated the nice painting in the exam/treatment room. A little decor goes a long way!

Hi, I just wanted to say how wonderful of an experience it was for me to go to the Express Care. I'm not treated very well in healthcare centers because I have, in my past, a history of drug addiction and abuse, and I've been sober many years, but I always get treated like crap everywhere I go, and I'm so grateful that I've never been treated so good in my life. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience. I will return.

If it wasn't for the amazing staff that my son was seen and treated by, He probably would've been hospitalized by now for his asthma, but because of their attentiveness and the quick thinking and understanding of the provider he saw he is now on the right medication and he is doing great. I wish I could remember her name but she deserves recognition for knowing exactly what it was he needed thank you so much.

Not sure about explanation on what to do if gets worse as well as inhaler use as I do not hear well and may have missed parts of it. Staff we very helpful and pleasant.

The registration gal who helped me out was absolutely fabulous. Took the time as I was a new patient to create my case for being general. Phenomenal. 100% phenomenal. The care provider that I saw was absolutely phenomenal as well. Truly recommend and want to say thank you so much for being kind and caring and going out of your way. Truly appreciate it.

April was awesome and very good about explaining what and how she was checking my injury, and also answered all additional questions I had. I was also impressed at not only how quickly I was seen, but how fast I was discharged (we often wait an hour at the ER to leave after being seen!)

Everyone including the receptionist/PSR, were super helpful and very friendly...making the trip much easier...I have horrible "white-coat syndrome" but everyone's friendliness made the visit more bearable....and I thank you for that.

From start to finish was excellent. They run a very tight ship there and I was very impressed and felt well cared for.

NP April Wild went above & beyond the call of duty. She was very kind & caring. She was genuinely concerned about my well-being. She was very thorough with her exam. I really appreciate her very much. If she's qualified to treat patients as a primary care option I would love to be her patient. I have great confidence in her abilities & care.

Rude, sat 45 minutes alone between talking to someone. Left without help. Sad, don't know who to turn too now. They said they would call next day never did.

This was the best urgent care visit I have ever had. We realized halfway there that I should have gone to the ER and by halfway there I meant halfway into the building and yet I still received stellar care with the swiftness that my emergency required.

April was thorough in providing information on potential issues as well as suggestions for checking products for allergens. Very helpful.

Fast and efficient service. I've dealt with numerous LPNs over the years at Maine General, and April was as knowledgeable and as professional as any who have assisted me previously. Too bad they couldn't all be like that - you should be very proud of her.

The triage team did a thorough and careful job. They listened to me. April is a very good job and explained things well.

It would be nice to have the option to wait in my vehicle and be called via cell phone to minimize exposure to sick patients in the waiting area that was very crowded.

April was excellent during my recent visit for strep throat. She was attentive, compassionate, and explained everything clearly. I felt cared for and confident in her treatment.

If it hadn't been for April Wild, well, we don't know. What could have been is absolutely horrible. I was shipped down to Augusta for an emergency appendectomy that same night. I'm very grateful to her. Thank you.
