receptionist was very kind and helpful nurse was also very kind and helpful

April was awesome and very good about explaining what and how she was checking my injury, and also answered all additional questions I had. I was also impressed at not only how quickly I was seen, but how fast I was discharged (we often wait an hour at the ER to leave after being seen!)

Everyone including the receptionist/PSR, were super helpful and very friendly...making the trip much easier...I have horrible "white-coat syndrome" but everyone's friendliness made the visit more bearable....and I thank you for that.

From start to finish was excellent. They run a very tight ship there and I was very impressed and felt well cared for.

NP April Wild went above & beyond the call of duty. She was very kind & caring. She was genuinely concerned about my well-being. She was very thorough with her exam. I really appreciate her very much. If she's qualified to treat patients as a primary care option I would love to be her patient. I have great confidence in her abilities & care.

Rude, sat 45 minutes alone between talking to someone. Left without help. Sad, don't know who to turn too now. They said they would call next day never did.

This was the best urgent care visit I have ever had. We realized halfway there that I should have gone to the ER and by halfway there I meant halfway into the building and yet I still received stellar care with the swiftness that my emergency required.

April was thorough in providing information on potential issues as well as suggestions for checking products for allergens. Very helpful.

It would be nice to have the option to wait in my vehicle and be called via cell phone to minimize exposure to sick patients in the waiting area that was very crowded.

This was the only time I was at Express Care that I was dissatisfied. Usually, I am very impressed with all the providers and the care they take and listening to me. I was disappointed and did not feel heard.

Got asked if I wanted AI involved. Disgusting.

Excellant experience from the time of check in to check out. Explained everything to me so, I could understand all post instructions. Explained what they had found. The medical assistant gave me a time frame when the NP would be into see me. The NP had a student nurse with her and asked if it's ok to have her in the room with her. I said no problem.

I would highly recommend express care .10 plus stars.when I got to the express care it was very busy but the service was very fast. Total time was 1hr and 1/2 which was fantastic because if I went to an E.R. I would of been 6 hours and it's no reason to have this type of a wait to get seen by doctor. I will be coming to this express care for further treatments from this point onwards.i will surely highly recommend this express online. Great team.

I was having breathing issues and coughing, and I see the doctor, and I was extremely happy with all of the results with the staff, you know, checking in. It was very quick. I had a very, very short wait to see the doctor. She was very efficient, and she took the time to check me over in my medication, and she called my medication in really very fast. By the time I left Waterville and got back home, my prescriptions were all ready to be picked up, and I'm very, very pleased with my experience with her.

This trip to Express Care was much better than the first trip, a week and a half before then. April was phenomenal, and so was the girl who came in earlier and did my weight and blood pressure and oxygen levels. They were very, very good and extremely helpful. The provider I saw was amazing and listened I recommend her completely I was very unhappy I waited 2 hrs tho to be seen when there was only 3 people ahead of me

First time visit and beyond any expectations!

This particular nurse practitioner was a wonderful clinician and appropriately diagnosed the problem while referring me on to an ortho specialist. She was so personable, upbeat, and energetic and demonstrated that she loves what she does for urgent care . I would highly recommend Maine General Urgent Care in Waterville because both the staff and the nurse practitioner treated me with respect and with the care I needed.

Everyone that served me that day (check-in, nurses, nps) was courteous, kind, and as efficient with speed as possible. I'm happy for their speed knowing it keeps the wait time down for my next visit and I appreciate that I felt well cared for in their hurry. Thank you for a great service!

The doctor who I saw was extremely rushed. She was not at all present with me and she didn't seem like she was actually listening to what I was saying.

We only had to wait a short time and April was very, very good. She was upbeat and very interested in what we had to say and tried her best she could to get some information for my husband and sent him for x-rays and we appreciate everything she did. Thank you so much.
