The care team (physician, Ultra Sound testing team, Dr. Pham) all seem confused - unclear about my needs. Ultra Sound not scheduled until 3 months after discussed issue with GP, discussion about ultra sound results confusing, but was told GP ordered a second ultra sound to do both legs, appointment scheduled 2 months later then called to say they realized procedure was already done so cancelled appointment. I called to question why and said, yes ultra sound was done on one leg but was told I needed both legs done. I was called back with a vague explanation that upon a second look at my results they do not think second leg needed ultra sound. Had this recent appointment still do not know what is really happening with my leg.

I do not care for the physician that I saw. She didn't really seem that it was a very serious thing and I'm not happy so I am going somewhere else.

Experience with Dr. Pham was excellent!

It was an excellent appointment. The staff was extremely healthy in finding our location, and the staff when we arrived were great. I couldn't be happier with the place. Thank you very much for a great appointment.

The department continues to be of quality. Dr. Pham is a great addition to it. And it's well done, and people are very, very caring.

I would have liked to have known what is causing all the pain in my left leg, which is a constant, constant throbbing all the time. She spoke to me about my abdomen, but nothing about my leg, and I'm in pain all the time. I want to know what's going on. inside my leg that's causing all this pain, and in my right leg, the cholly horses. I liked her very much. She did not address that. And really, that's why I went, because of the pain in my left leg. My care provider told me I had plaque buildup and I needed to see a vascular surgeon. So I thought that that issue would be explained to me and why the pain in my leg from the knee down.

All were very upbeat, friendly and polite. Makes visits happy and more relaxed

My doctor and her helper were absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what she was looking for. And I had very good results with her and her helper. And I appreciated everything she did and what she told me.

Dr.Pham is very helpful and friendly, how could there be anyone better.

It was my first time visiting this doctor. The staff at reception was very kind and welcoming. They gave me a form to fill out. I had one that they had sent me that was all filled out but I forgot it. So they gave me one to fill out there. It was my first time meeting Dr. Pham and I liked her very much. She asked me many questions regarding my health, medications that I take, information regarding any family health issues regarding heart, lungs, cancer etc. She took her time explaining my exam and ultrasound that I had had,pointing out various things that were detected.

I was very happy with the service that I got.

It was a pleasant experience and the doctor seemed exceptional. I was satisfied by the whole visit.

The doctor was very ill prepared!!!!
