When I entered the office to register there was no one at the desks. I was 5 minutes early but had to wait 15mintes for some to show up at the window for registering me.

My appointment was scheduled for 1 p.m. I arrived at 12:40, i was quite quickly taken to the exam room. I waited until 1:40 to be seen by the doctor. 40 minutes waiting in the exam room with nothing but a sheet over me is really not acceptable.

Hi, yes. I just wanted to say I came into Dartmouth Dermatology last week. It was a last-minute appointment. They were able to squeeze me in. I have some skin cancer in my family, so I had a mole that popped up on a very sensitive area, very uncomfortable. Dr. Wo was incredible. She made me feel comfortable. She made me feel like this is not a big deal, not worried about it, on to the next. It really made the difference because I think that if I had gone anywhere else, it could have been an issue. She's great. She's one of the good ones. I'll keep coming back to her. Thank you.

Readers of this review might want to know that this practice only addresses medically necessary concerns like cancer. The doctor was able to address my rosacea and is going to biopsy a skin lesion, but will not remove several seborrheic keratoses as that would be a cosmetic procedure. I've only had one appointment so far with Dr. Wo, but I would highly recommend her. She addressed all my concerns, and was very patient with me. At no time did I feel rushed.
