A little frustrating that my appointment started a half hour later than expected and no one mentioned the wait time til I asked but I understand things happen.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. The only problem I have is it's confusing. When I looked up online to get the address of where she was, it listed the hospital address. So I went to the hospital first. So that was very confusing. And then when I finally got to the right building, I didn't know which door to go in. And once I got inside the door, you know, it's hard to tell which direction to go. So I wish there was better signage. But that's it. Thank you. The staff and doctor were very good and just need better signage and clearer instructions on the Internet for address. Thank you.

When I entered the office to register there was no one at the desks. I was 5 minutes early but had to wait 15mintes for some to show up at the window for registering me.

My appointment was scheduled for 1 p.m. I arrived at 12:40, i was quite quickly taken to the exam room. I waited until 1:40 to be seen by the doctor. 40 minutes waiting in the exam room with nothing but a sheet over me is really not acceptable.

Hi, yes. I just wanted to say I came into Dartmouth Dermatology last week. It was a last-minute appointment. They were able to squeeze me in. I have some skin cancer in my family, so I had a mole that popped up on a very sensitive area, very uncomfortable. Dr. Wo was incredible. She made me feel comfortable. She made me feel like this is not a big deal, not worried about it, on to the next. It really made the difference because I think that if I had gone anywhere else, it could have been an issue. She's great. She's one of the good ones. I'll keep coming back to her. Thank you.

Dr. Wo is entirely professional and puts me at my ease even when the physical exam could easily feel invasive. I really appreciate how clearly she signals what she is doing within the exam and uses language that educates me about my skin conditions in an approachable way. The front office staff, the woman who checked me in, was polite and friendly. However, the other woman was clearly grumpy and had kind of taken over a conversation with a woman I was trying to check in with, and I wasn't getting acknowledged. She was standing at the window.
