My experience with Dr Smith and the wound care team was exemplary! The team was on time for my appointment, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr Smith requested bloodwork. The wait time to register for a blood draw was an hour! Number 18 was being registered; I held number 29. By the time I saw the lab technician to complete the blood draw, a total of an hour and a half had passed! It was very distressing to sit that long for a blood draw that took the technician 5 minutes. Dr Smith also requested an Xray of my right foot. The registration and Xray took 15 minutes. The team was very efficient!

Dr. Smiths Medical assistant was the best l have had in a long time. She deserves top marks! I worked 27 years in health care including acute care. Great asset to your facility!

Very impressed with Dr. Smith office ! But had problems with other doctors in the past. Dr. Smith was a blessing to meet with.

Dr. Smith was awesome and the young ladies that were helping him are awesome as well

Everyone in the office was welcoming and helpful. The doctor was extremely thorough and pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I would reccomend that office to anyone.

It was a good experience. It was, the doctor knew exactly what was going on and suggested and told me what I needed to know and help me and his assistant was also most helpful and I felt very well when I left and I was glad that I had that appointment. Thank you.

Stop having robocalls. They get my name wrong for one thing. But some people need to speak to a human being during the day. And you should have appointment times in Waterville. Augusta is too far from me.

Way way better then I could have hoped everyone from the greeter who walked me to the wound clinic to lisa who took care of checking me in but was so so helpful to dr smith who was compassionate but honest to lab that was so friendly fast and efficient followed by the wonderful people in X-ray I was able to finish an appointment that required going to three separate areas with people gudeing me all the way so I didn't get lost in a big hospital and got me out and on my way in less then two hours. Can't thank everyone enough

Andrew Smith is the best foot doctor I have ever seen and I have seen many throughout the 30 or so years I have had plantar fasciitis. I am serious.

I've seen a ton of doctors in the last two and half years and Dr Andrew Smith was by far the best Dr I've seen!! And his nurses were so wonderful! Thank you all!

Staff is awesome. The only thing that I can say is downstairs, it doesn't have wound clinic anywhere on your signs.

I know Dr Smith when he had his private practice so he really knew my history. Love Dr Smith, he tells you how it is and gets right to what needs to be done.

Although I couldn't find the location of the clinic and I was 40 minutes late, they arranged for me to see the doctor. I was very thankful.
