Even though the lab services were eliminated at the Winthrop location, the fact that technicians can draw blood for lab work at the Winthrop location is awesome.

Dr. Iantosca is very thorough. She goes over everything. She even finds stuff that you didn't know you had and makes appointments to get that rectified, hopefully. She's very thorough.

Yes, Dr. Amanda Iantosca was very helpful. She came back in the room to flush out my ears. She went the extra mile to help to make sure all the wax was removed. She was very good at checking with me on my medications and making recommendations. So I would definitely recommend her and give her a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. I would rate her 10. Thank you very much.

The down side is that we need to go to Augusta or another facility for labs and X-rays. For me the drive is 30+ minutes each way and the wait to register for my lab work took another hour. Can there be better staffing for busy hours?

I have had mostly very good experiences here. (My wife has not and is looking for other primary care.) My only big issue is the turnover: I have had multiple primary care physicians leave in only three years. I feel a little lost at sea not being able to establish a relationship with a physician. (Also it stinks that the lab closed and we have to go somewhere else for that now.) All of the people at Winthrop are wonderful.

I have, for many, many years now, enjoyed every time that I have been to Dr. Iantosca. I find her very relatable, and I find her most efficient. And she's very sympathetic to my whole life that I can convey to her. So I really enjoy her very much. And I would continue to go with her any place, any time. Thank you.

It was very hard to get an appointment. I played voicemail tag with the nurse. They couldn't get back to me in 24 hours. It took me two days to get an appointment. And it was very frustrating.
