Everyone is very helpful and friendly. My weekly injection appointments are always fine.

I arrived early ( because I had to travel and you never know about construction) and I was taken in early and out of my appointment before my scheduled time.

I was called for my appointment in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only compliant I have is the lady that answers the phone is not FRIENDLY at all. She is very short and actually rude. If your dealing with the public and especially on the phone you really should love your job or at least like it. She always sounds inconvenienced when I call or she calls me back. I dread calling the office for this reason. Everyone else is extremely friendly and helpful!!!

Very happy with my care team. Really appreciate Amanda Williams for always trying to find ways for better treatment plan and try to keep out of pocket expenses as low as possible!

All right, yes, Amanda Williams is an excellent doctor, and the staff, they are all friendly.

I felt like the provider had already made up their mind as to what was wrong with me and what they were going to do to treat it. I felt that she didn't want to hear me when I was complaining about different issues that I was having. And she didn't really care because she already knew everything that she needed to know. I asked about additional symptoms and she said, yeah, I know about those, that's fine, whatever. Or no, I didn't know about that, but it's all the same anyway. It was really dismissive and rude and I left feeling very unheard and uncared for.

Time was taken by practitioner to learn about my problem ahead of time and offer options

I was very impressed with the beautiful hospital you have at Maine General and with the kindness and courtesy and attention that everybody seemed to have. And I had never been there before. I didn't even know it existed, so I was very positively impressed. Thank you.

The staff was great and very informational

My visit was so quick, and the practitioners were in and out of the room so fast that they didn't even introduce themselves to me or take a moment to let me ask questions. I had to save my questions for the next time someone came into the room.

I kept calling and asking for a zoom invite for over a week and never received one til a few days before my appointment when a different person answered the phone.. the other lady swore she was sending one to me but even when I did a search nothing came up so I don't think it was actually being sent and she had quite the attitude

Excellent communication and care!

The receptionists were lovely in person but it was impossible to get a call back either from the nurse or admin. I called 4 times and left messages about my concerns about going without antihistamines for a week and ask what the alternatives (alluded to in the paperwork) might be. I also called to ask how long the appointment would take. But Amanda (the nurse practitioner) was lovely and very kind.

Amanda Williams is the practitioner that I see there. She is extremely thorough during my appointments. I always leave confident that I am receiving the very best of care. She is truly excellent at what she does!!

I gave high scores on the survey because the providers, nurses, and staff consistently do an excellent job. We're truly grateful to have access to specialty care in our area, it's a huge benefit to our community. This particular office was very accommodating and got us in sooner than expected, which we really appreciated. The provider we saw was knowledgeable and professional. While she wasn't unkind in any way, the interaction felt a bit lacking in empathy. It seemed as though the concerns we brought up to the provider were perceived as trivial and not in her scope, which left me feeling a bit guilty, as if we were taking up time unnecessarily. It could just be a matter of different communication styles, and perhaps I'm more accustomed to a warmer, more empathetic physician approach, especially when it comes to care for children. Regardless we got the information we needed and were thankful for being able to be seen. Thank you.

Not enough parking available during peak times

Great physical setting with bright eyed, friendly, energetic and knowledgeable staff. This was only my first visit, but it was a great start!

My caretaker was awesome. She let me know what was going on, what we could do, and I would recommend her to anybody and everyone.

I felt like it was a wasted trip as I was not checked all over so as to see all of the problems that I had.

Everybody in the asthma allergy department and Maine General Augusta is phenomenal. The best I've ever had in my life and I've been dealing with asthma for decades and they do well beyond anything I've ever seen. And I could only ask, I could only tell other people how great they are that have asthma issues and to go to them. Their the best. Thank you.

As always, we felt heard and that our son's care was top priority for everyone.

Honestly the best doctors appointment we've ever had. The doctor was knowledgeable and so helpful and reassuring. Very pleased and excited to work with her.

My visit was to the Augusta campus. For a first time patient arriving on the campus, I found the parking directional signage very unclear and lacking. GPS directed me initially to the staff parking lot but I never saw a sign indicating how to get to the patient parking lot. Parking was also totally full at my time of arrival with additional cars circling the lot to find spaces. I almost missed arriving on time because I couldn't find a parking space. Finally went over to the Emergency Room lot and parked about as far as possible from the main entrance. Other than that, my visit with Amanda Williams was excellent.

My appointment for the zoom meeting was scheduled for 2:00pm. Your automated reminder system sent me a text that the zoom meeting was for 9:00am.

Trying to evaluate all the information that was given to me, I didn't really have enough time to come up with any questions that I could have asked the doctor, even though she was asked me several times if I had any questions for her. But now that I'm home, I find I have a lot of questions I probably should ask.

I appreciate being able to do this appointment via Zoom!
