Amanda Williams was wonderful! The registration ladies at the asthma & allergy check in & out were not friendly. One who called to set up the appointment did not allow me to fully speak about my medical concerns for the visit. In person at the appointment, one sighed and slammed a paper and pen down in front of me without communicating with words when I stated I needed to update my email on file at check out. And to check in, the woman was on the phone with someone prior to registering me and was very rude with loud remarks such as "what is it you think I need to do for you then?"

I felt that Amanda listened to all of my concerns and helped get me where I need to be with other providers. Very professional and courteous.

I had my allergic reaction in November. It lasted until the middle of May so by the time I got to the allergy appointment it was gone. Guess I will never know what caused it.

I finally felt like I was heard and was very thankful to meet Amanda so quickly to help me with my hives. She was very knowledgeable and helped ease my anxiety over what was going on with me.

Amanda Williams is excellent!

The clinical staff is wonderful. They are caring empathetic and kind. My interactions with the front desk person have been off putting at best. She has come across as abrupt and frankly rude. It's unfortunate, as that can color a patient's perception of the entire visit, which would be really unfair for the rest of the care team.

Never asked if I was allergic anything. Gave me Benadryl when I'm highly allergic!!

I arrived early ( because I had to travel and you never know about construction) and I was taken in early and out of my appointment before my scheduled time.

I was called for my appointment in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only compliant I have is the lady that answers the phone is not FRIENDLY at all. She is very short and actually rude. If your dealing with the public and especially on the phone you really should love your job or at least like it. She always sounds inconvenienced when I call or she calls me back. I dread calling the office for this reason. Everyone else is extremely friendly and helpful!!!

Very happy with my care team. Really appreciate Amanda Williams for always trying to find ways for better treatment plan and try to keep out of pocket expenses as low as possible!

All right, yes, Amanda Williams is an excellent doctor, and the staff, they are all friendly.

I felt like the provider had already made up their mind as to what was wrong with me and what they were going to do to treat it. I felt that she didn't want to hear me when I was complaining about different issues that I was having. And she didn't really care because she already knew everything that she needed to know. I asked about additional symptoms and she said, yeah, I know about those, that's fine, whatever. Or no, I didn't know about that, but it's all the same anyway. It was really dismissive and rude and I left feeling very unheard and uncared for.

I was very impressed with the beautiful hospital you have at Maine General and with the kindness and courtesy and attention that everybody seemed to have. And I had never been there before. I didn't even know it existed, so I was very positively impressed. Thank you.

The staff was great and very informational

My visit was so quick, and the practitioners were in and out of the room so fast that they didn't even introduce themselves to me or take a moment to let me ask questions. I had to save my questions for the next time someone came into the room.

I kept calling and asking for a zoom invite for over a week and never received one til a few days before my appointment when a different person answered the phone.. the other lady swore she was sending one to me but even when I did a search nothing came up so I don't think it was actually being sent and she had quite the attitude
