Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors were very nice, understanding and compassionate. There was close to no wait time and was moved through the whole process at a exceptionally rate.

The signing-in part takes a long time no matter who is at the front desk. But... it takes a long time and it matters because I'm in an 'urgent' situation. Everything else was SO good ALL of the times my husband and I have been there... Your Gardiner urgent care is SO top notch I simply can't say enough good things about it. Fast. Effective. GREAT Staff experiences. Seriously. I was freaking out and in a distracting amount of discomfort (my eye) they were just perfect, the nurse and the PA or Dr. who handled the situation. Add that sort of attitude with a "you're in, you're out, you're on with your life" experience, time-wise.... YES. I will 100% be suggesting this urgent care to my family and friends. Yes. I hope this gets to the front desk lady, the nurse and the Dr/PA --> "THANK YOU!"

The urgent care per se was wonderful. Staff was pleasant,efficient, and involved. However,I did not come away with confidence in the PA. While she did order tick panels I requested, I did not feel that she really listened to my symptoms and evaluated my meds. It appears that all may have been caused by medication side effects rather than Covid. She did not test for covid but rather inferred that low grade Covid was "going around".

Going to Express Care can be anxiety inducing. The calm, unrushed atmosphere quelled my anxiety. If a person goes to an urgent care type facility and the staff are stressed and running around, it makes for a very stressful experience for the patients. A stressed, hurried care giver can easily make mistakes. I appreciated the calmness at Express Care.

Allyson was incredibly helpful, incredibly friendly and kind and caring, answered all my questions and provided excellent information both about my concerns and helping me with future health care. Thank you so much, Allyson .

I bring myself or children to be seen when I'm concerned about a secondary bacterial infection after a long period with a cold/virus. This provider has dismissed me a few times over the years and recommends allergy medicine (like I haven't already tried that). I understand antibiotics can be overused but the patient knows their body and children best. My child had been sick for 2 weeks, got better, and then got worse a couple days later which had me concerned. The provider said she could've picked up another virus - OR she could have a secondary infection and should have been treated out of precaution. Not every patient is the same.

Everybody was exceptional from the moment I got there to the moment I left. I knew I had great instructions. They called medications in for me immediately. I was able to pick them up at my pharmacy on my ride home. They were very attentive and listening. I felt respected and I highly recommend their care team to others. Thank you.

When my wife and I came in for a toll that had lingered for two weeks, we were very nervous and worried about what the long-term consequences would be. And your team was very helpful in talking to us separately and finding out what might be wrong and suggesting a course of action. And in my case, it was to get some x-rays because of possible pneumonia. However, we were very happy with the results of the day and everything is going fine at the moment.

I don't have that much to say, just that everyone was wonderful from the check-in team with me and I had to have one of my daughters with me and my baby and then the nurse and the doctor I saw. Everybody was great and I had a great experience.

I had a large cut that wouldn't stop bleeding. I was taken to a room immediately. I couldn't have asked for better care or compassion

Great doctor, great attitude, but was in and out a little quick. Wish I didn't have to go back in another time for a second round of antibiotics.., or that it could have just been called in so that I didn't have to come in again. I suspected the dosage was not enough the first time given the intensity of it; but I am not an md! :) Was also surprised the pain was not addressed, but I also understand the complexity of pain medications. Still addressed my issue, just not fully. I think the computers were down that day so things may have been a little haywire. Would still recommend this practice to anyone; the doctors here are very knowledgeable.

When I arrived at the emergency room they took off most of my clothes but when I left three days later my Brooks sneakers were no where to be found. Cost me $175.00 for another pair. No one other than me seemed to be concerned... ?

I think they got me on the right path to recovery.

Very friendly staff,careing,knew how to calm me down.knew what to do to fix my problem,had xrays to confirm that I had an injured foot.Splint was put on until I go to orthopedic doctor.Excellent care,fast service highly recommended.

The fact that I didn't wait any length of time made my visit even better.

I found the staff there to be very helpful overall and very courteous and everything that I would expect or would hope for in a care facility.

Allyson Eller was both compassionate and highly competent. I left the appointment feeling so much better and confident that I would soon feel like my old self. As a community we are so fortunate to have someone of her caliber taking care of us.

I prefer Gardiner Urgent Care to others that are available. The staff is easy to interact with - friendly and helpful.

Excellent care

I go to express care for the same ailment every time and it's very well documented as I've seen in my portal. The np Allyson was rude and stringent and did not care about anything I said. She refused to treat me with antibiotics or steroids which is exactly what they normally do every time and my ailment goes away within 24 hours. I will definitely be spreading the word.

We really like going to Gardner Family Medicine for urgent care needs with our son who is autistic and nonverbal. They always treat us with respect. They always go above and beyond to figure out what's wrong or what we can do to make him feel better because he can't speak up for himself and that's something that we as a family really appreciate. So I always recommend Gardner Urgent Care to anybody who ever needs to go in when they can't go to their primary care physician.

The front desk woman was very efficient friendly - a good sense of humor -so needed in these times

I would like to express my opinion on the answering machine or the people that answer. It takes forever when you call the number. It seems like hours before they pick up the phone to ask your name and all that. So I just ride up to the place right up the street for me because I can't hold the phone for an hour waiting for them to pick up their phone at the facility. And it's every time we call, or I call, I can never just get through it. It's like hours before I can get somebody to answer my phone. It gets to be a real pain. I wish they could shorten that span so that you didn't have to wait suffering to see whether you could see somebody or not. So I end up going to the express care up.

The provider I saw was WONDERFUL and it was the best and most cared for I have ever felt at a medical appointment. I wish she could be my full time provider!!

Hi, the young ladies down there were amazing. They came in with a broken arm, got me in reasonably quick. I mean, you know, there are other people. They got the x-ray and within five minutes of the x-ray, you guys were telling me to haul ass to the hospital. I just wanted to thank everybody there and please let the young ladies know who took care of me, especially the gal with imaging that they did a great job and I hope they have a great new year. Thank you.

One of the best experiences at a health care facility i ever had. Everything was handled and executed speedily and kindly.

The provider was extremely knowledgeable, had great energy, made me feel very comfortable, but also explained things about my condition that I had not heard before and really clarified for me a lot of what was going on with my body and I really appreciated it. So she was tremendous and I really valued that and certainly would recommend her.

Me and my husband took my son to urgent care not knowing if they would be able to help or if we would get sent to the ER. The registration process was quick and we (including my son) were reassured that the doctor would be able to help. The provider was great with my son and kept him engaged enough to do what needed to be done to make him better.

The PA that took care of me, didn't want to listen to anything I had to say, but only if I'm not better in 5 to 6 months then they would refer me to an ENT specialist. She basically told me I wasn't sick, and to just deal with my symptoms.
