Very pleasant and well satisfied with care. Very thorough.

The PA that took care of me, didn't want to listen to anything I had to say, but only if I'm not better in 5 to 6 months then they would refer me to an ENT specialist. She basically told me I wasn't sick, and to just deal with my symptoms.

The check-in staff was wonderful as well as the MA who did my vitals. The provider, though I was not impressed by I've had a chronic condition for over 40 years and I know what works for me and what doesn't the provider was not willing to listen to what I had to say she only had her opinions. I was only looking for treatment of a sinusitis condition. I've seen multiple allergist and ENTs throughout my life and it's always gone to the same level of treatment which was not prescribed to me at this visit even though I explained it in detail to this provider I realize she has to go with what she's licensed for and she feels comfortable with however, I'll be back sooner than later because what she provided me won't treat the problem that I went to Express care to get treated. It's a waste of my money, your time and your providers time. I may not be a medical professional, but I have a masters degree in my field and feel very confident and what I have and know how to treat it especially I have to go through so many specialist throughout my life. This this provider was unwilling to listen to what my experiences were and what I needed. If I had a choice to be seen by her again, I would not.

It took four hours to get an x-ray & splint, I'm not sure if this typical for there? Or if it was just randomly super busy, the dr though was very excellent & helpful! I'm a patient at Gardiner family but this was my first experience at the express care side of it in Gardiner

Dr Eller was phenomenal! I came in with a giant nasty rash and was feeling really self conscious but they made me feel safe and comforted. The nurse was also incredible - I'm sorry that I didn't catch their name. Overall, very pleased with the experience and am starting to feel better already!

My experience at Express Care, I was seen 3 times there and all 3 times were excellent. People, providers, everyone there listened to me, seemed to care very much about getting better. I really just felt seen and that was amazing. I really appreciate it and I would definitely recommend the services to anyone who is in need of care. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Allyson Eller, she was very professional and thorough in her assessment during my visit. I'd like to greatly appreciate her for her time and all she did to recommend next steps for my care.

The staff was great. However, my wait time in the exam room was over an hour and no one checked in to see if everything was still ok or to give me an estimated wait time. I felt as though I had been forgotten. I realize that it is a busy time, due to all the illness, but a quick check in to let me know how much longer to expect would have made the visit less stressful.

This is a great resource. Since moving to the area, we have been to the MaineGeneral Gardiner Urgent Care facility a handful of times. Each visit was exceptional. The staff is great, the wait times are short and we love the professionalism, care and concern exhibited at every visit. Please, please, please keep this wonderful resource available into the future.

Everyone was very friendly at Urgent Care, the receptionist, the nurses, I think it was the nurse practitioner that I saw. The only thing, the wait time was very long and I know that's not their fault. Maybe more staff would be helpful. And then the other thing was that I was kind of disappointed I didn't get swabbed for flu or anything else. I just got a chest x-ray which was normal, which I'm happy about. But it maybe would have been nice to have a couple other tests done. Otherwise, it was great. Thank you.

I was very pleased with the care I received. The Doctor had a student with her, very nice girl.

Staff did quick work on the droves of sick people coming in by late morning.

Dr had wonderful bedside manner. Her calmness and humor helped relaxed me after my injury and stressful time. It left me swing and brought my blood pressure down in addition to excellent care.
