Well, nobody called me back. They took a flu and took a COVID test and never called me back to let me know either way. But other than that, the service was great. She said, but she gave me the idea that the impression that I didn't have anything, though, because she said usually by the time that they look at the readings, the readings at the time that I was there would have predicted it. But I would have rather have the call to loose to let me know yes or no. But other than that, yeah, it was great going there. Bye.

The doctor we had was great! My son has asthma and she took time to hear every thing I had to say. She was amazing, explained every thing to us and really took the time to treat him properly. She was also so nice and kind we really enjoyed having her.

The conditions continue and the course of treatment will be complete tomorrow. I don't know what to do next. There has only been minimal improvement and I can't get in to see my pcp who was on vacation. Now his office informed me that he's too backed up. Any suggestions?

IT WAS GREAT. ALLISON REFERRED ME FOR AN ULTRA SOUND WHICH OCCURRED SAME AFTERNOON OF SEEING HER WHICH I AM MOST GREATFUL FOR.

My doctor performed all the same tests that she did. She literally looked at what my doctor did and repeated it. She told me that she couldn't order me an ultrasound. I had to go through my primary care physician. When I messaged my primary care physician on the portal then she decided to offer me the option of her ordering an ultrasound two days later. But she told me in the visit that that was not an option I left with no results I left feeling like I threw my money in the trash.

Hi, I just want to tell you that as soon as I walked in, I was greeted nicely. And the person that took care of me, that she was behind the desk, she was awesome. She was so good. I just want to let you know. I don't remember her name, but she took care of me at the desk registering me to get me moving to get down to the doctor. So that's all I needed to tell. Thank you.

They did a really good job at identifying what was going on and in my case the test results came back pretty quickly and I got a pretty concise and clear explanation of what to do after everything was done. Thank you very much.

The team at Maine General Express Care gave me good and correct advice after my primary care person gave me poor and ill advised direction. They made or had time to see me for what I would consider a serious health concern when it was all my primary care professional could do was respond by email after an email and 2 calls.

I really appreciated Allison's professionalism, her thoroughness, and her follow-up. She gave me two phone calls either that day or the next day. Sorry, my brain's a little fuzzy. And also had office staff call me the following day. I was very, very impressed with the follow-up and with the care I received.

Very fortunate to have been seen at this facility when I had a medical issue while away from home. Everyone was very professional and compassionate. I received great care. Thank you to everyone involved.

Came in with heavy chest, shortness of breath, dizziness, weakness, headache, fevers, and swollen glands. Care team tested me for strep with no signs of sore throat or cold. Proceeded to prescribe me cough medicine when no cough was present or other cold symptoms, then seemed surprised when I said I didn't have a cough. Mentioned Lyme and sent me on my way without answers or being any help. After over a week of being miserably sick I remember why I never go to express care. The lightheadedness, shortness of breath, heavy chest, and weakness was NEVER touched on and was my biggest concern.

Very poor communication about child's care, we were told to come from urgent care because condition was most likely an emergency needing surgery, and then after they ran tests, we heard nothing for 7 hours, with a minimally busy waiting room....told not to feed my son in case he needed surgery and no other information. He was starving most of day and then found out he could have ate. The doctor was kind but obviously overworked and under appreciated, as were a few nurses. Oh, and someone lost his urine sample. I get waiting for care, especially once it's deemed non-life threatening but it would have been great for someone to come tell me that so I wasn't so worried and so I could feed my kid. Or to go back to urgent care, that'd be fine too. Ty.

I was really impressed. I've never been to express care and was pleased. I've worked in healthcare for over 20 years and was surprised by how quickly I was seen. How well I was listened to. What a good job they did explaining things to me. I was very happy for the service and grateful it was there. Thank you

Yes, it was very easy to apply. They were very nice. They were very full at explaining everything. The only thing that was a little hard was that it took quite a while to do it because there were so many patients ahead of me, I should say. But other than that, I would go back in a heartbeat.

I could not have asked for better care.

I brought my son in at the recommendation of our pediatrician. He had a deep cut on his forehead that needed stitches. The experience was amazing. I was afraid he would be too scared of the shot and the stitches. But the doctor was amazing with my son. She joked with him and asked him questions then answered all his questions. He likes to tell stories and she was kind and patient with him. She explained what she was going to do but was careful not to use the word "shot". He was nervous but her calm, kind approach was the golden ticket. I can't say enough good things about the doctor. My son has skin tags on his jawline below one ear and about 6 months ago he saw a plastic surgeon to have them removed. But he ended up being too scared to do it. I really thought weight have a similar experience with these stitches! I am extremely grateful that we had the complete opposite experience. Please give the doctor who did the stitches and the one that removed them my heartfelt thanks. And please note that I feel they deserve a raise!

Dr Brown is very thorough at answering questions and explaining things to watch for after going home. She is also very friendly and personable. Highly recommended.

I think that when a patient has had a chronic issue, like strep, listening closely and referring back to notes of past visits is a good course of action. I find staff seem to be rushed. A few moments of time to review patient history would serve everyone better. I blame the Healthcare facility for this more than any individual provider.

I loved my experience

Registration was prompt and easy. Wait time was reasonable for walk-in service. Nursing staff was attentive and friendly. NP who provided care was interactive and explained the reasoning for her diagnosis and prescription. Overall, a model experience.

I know times are rough. But we went there thinking it was going to be express care (as it has been in our past experience) but it was very very slow and time consuming before we were seen. Afterwards was fine

My overall visit in could not have been better (considering). The check in staff asked questions and recognized how sick my daughter was. The nurse was friendly and caring and good with my toddler. The physician was so awesome! Super patient and kind. Had an awesome team of caregivers.
