I just took The last of my antibiotics and my leg is looking 100% better even though at one point it was scary and looked like necrosis. Thank you for making me feel better.

I felt that everything that I experienced was done really well. At emergency room at Thayer while waiting to be seen by Emergency Dr they had an emergency come in. Very understandable to be pushed back but there was no communication!!! FOR HOURS!!

I find it disgusting and shallow that when people come in and have a genuine concern that they can get shoowed away with a 'sounds good' diagnosis and a prescription.

Many people complain about MGMC, but over the last 35 years I have consistently received excellent care which continues today.

Alison is it better than average listener. She picked up on things that I had not noticed. She motivated me to follow the interventions that are standard for my potential Lyme disease diagnosis. I'm less worried and more confident now. Appreciate her specific council on how to avoid doxycycline side effects. Jill, the RN, who drew the blood sample, was especially thoughtful.

Allison was very kind and caring and considerate. She listened to my needs and the nurse was gentle when cleaning out my wounds.

I just want to thank all of the workers at Express Care in Augusta. You guys do exceptional work, very pleasant and very helpful. And when I had Allison Brown for my knee on Sunday, I was thinking, how do I know her from? Well, a year ago I jammed my finger in a window with a stick and she sewed up my little finger. And she did such a great job. So thank you again, Allison, for your help with my finger a year ago and for helping me with my knee, which is much better. And again, thank you to the whole staff. You guys just are wonderful.

This was some of the best healthcare I've ever received. I didn't have to wait to be checked in for more than a minute or two, and every member of staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful, professional, and did everything they could to help me. Dr.Brown was very open about my regular use of traditional plant remedies and herbs, and encouraged me to continue along with prescription medicines as needed. The more doctors who can accept and recommend the compatibility of these two modalities, the better off we will be.

She was absolutely tremendous. She convinced me to take a blood test that I didn't think I needed, and it turned out that I really did can't say enough good about her.

I would like to say Allison was amazing and she listened to everything I said and really helped me a lot and was very kind. She also hooked me up with an orthopedic appointment and I felt very comfortable and I was very happy.

They were all very nice and professional. The NP also said she would send a referral in for a PCP. I am hoping I hear soon

The staff was all very friendly, kind, helpful, very quickly. I was in and out of there in no time at all. Very professional. The only downfall I had was I had no after-visit summary to give me to use for a follow-up as to what had just transpired within the office. That was the only thing I was missing and I had no paperwork showing me the after-visit summary as to what transpired that day.

Very efficent, liked the three sperate waiting rms. Many were coughing. mentioned fever etc. I did have any of those syptoms so was able to sit in a space without those that were really sick.

Excellent heath facility. When I need medical treatment I always go to your express care

Allison helped me with a sudden sensorineural hearing loss that was urgent and acute. I very much appreciated her honesty about the situation and especially that she consulted a colleague for my not-so-common problem and to give me the right prescription the same day. She also provided clear guidance for follow up with ENT and audiology.

I appreciate the care I got and the organization at the front desk.

They were quick explained everything clearly and they were kind and told me how to follow up....the were truly a care team!

This is not our first time running into this provider and every time that we have had the chance to have her as our practitioner, she's been amazing and very just helpful and caring towards my son.

It is efficient and the hours are versatile so health care can be rendered rather than ignored and hope it goes away because life is busy. Hope to see one in the Newport area soon.

Well, nobody called me back. They took a flu and took a COVID test and never called me back to let me know either way. But other than that, the service was great. She said, but she gave me the idea that the impression that I didn't have anything, though, because she said usually by the time that they look at the readings, the readings at the time that I was there would have predicted it. But I would have rather have the call to loose to let me know yes or no. But other than that, yeah, it was great going there. Bye.

The doctor we had was great! My son has asthma and she took time to hear every thing I had to say. She was amazing, explained every thing to us and really took the time to treat him properly. She was also so nice and kind we really enjoyed having her.

The conditions continue and the course of treatment will be complete tomorrow. I don't know what to do next. There has only been minimal improvement and I can't get in to see my pcp who was on vacation. Now his office informed me that he's too backed up. Any suggestions?

IT WAS GREAT. ALLISON REFERRED ME FOR AN ULTRA SOUND WHICH OCCURRED SAME AFTERNOON OF SEEING HER WHICH I AM MOST GREATFUL FOR.

My doctor performed all the same tests that she did. She literally looked at what my doctor did and repeated it. She told me that she couldn't order me an ultrasound. I had to go through my primary care physician. When I messaged my primary care physician on the portal then she decided to offer me the option of her ordering an ultrasound two days later. But she told me in the visit that that was not an option I left with no results I left feeling like I threw my money in the trash.

Hi, I just want to tell you that as soon as I walked in, I was greeted nicely. And the person that took care of me, that she was behind the desk, she was awesome. She was so good. I just want to let you know. I don't remember her name, but she took care of me at the desk registering me to get me moving to get down to the doctor. So that's all I needed to tell. Thank you.

They did a really good job at identifying what was going on and in my case the test results came back pretty quickly and I got a pretty concise and clear explanation of what to do after everything was done. Thank you very much.

The team at Maine General Express Care gave me good and correct advice after my primary care person gave me poor and ill advised direction. They made or had time to see me for what I would consider a serious health concern when it was all my primary care professional could do was respond by email after an email and 2 calls.

I really appreciated Allison's professionalism, her thoroughness, and her follow-up. She gave me two phone calls either that day or the next day. Sorry, my brain's a little fuzzy. And also had office staff call me the following day. I was very, very impressed with the follow-up and with the care I received.

Very fortunate to have been seen at this facility when I had a medical issue while away from home. Everyone was very professional and compassionate. I received great care. Thank you to everyone involved.

Came in with heavy chest, shortness of breath, dizziness, weakness, headache, fevers, and swollen glands. Care team tested me for strep with no signs of sore throat or cold. Proceeded to prescribe me cough medicine when no cough was present or other cold symptoms, then seemed surprised when I said I didn't have a cough. Mentioned Lyme and sent me on my way without answers or being any help. After over a week of being miserably sick I remember why I never go to express care. The lightheadedness, shortness of breath, heavy chest, and weakness was NEVER touched on and was my biggest concern.
