The person who called to schedule my appointment was extremely accommodating. Though I have sent in an email each time I have had a covid booster, it is not recorded on my records in the portal. I find the portal not as user friendly as it should be. I don't have full trust that it is 100% accurate. Alissa Dunn was very thorough and thoughtful. I'm glad I asked to switch to her and that you were accommodating. Thanks

I did not feel I was asked how I am feeling and my concerns. I did not feel comfortable bringing up menopause concerns and needing help or advice in that area. I realize days get busy, but I left feeling the visit was impersonal other than needing to provide answers for computer entry.

It was adequate- if I had real problems I would hope that it would have been less casual. I still have one med I am unsure about and one that I was told at Hannaford that I really didn't need a script for and could just buy it across the counter.

I was seen by Alissa Dunn nurse practitioner. It was obvious from the beginning that she had read my chart. She asked questions and she actually listened. She was extremely thorough and even took the time to talk with another medical professional because my health is a bit complex. She was great and explaining everything to me about what she thought was going on. I was very impressed that she took the time to do a brief Neuro exam and palpated my tummy. She is extremely seasoned. She's confident she's friendly and I felt like she was listening. I see this because a lot of people I have spoken with in the last few months, don't seem to be listening. I would 100% see her again. She is absolutely amazing! If I could give her a raise, I would! With insurance and healthcare the way it is today in that insurance is want people in and out quickly, she took the time and cared about me as a person versus getting another Person in for insurance purposes. I'm not quite saying that right so I hope I'm making sense. I had to dictate this so I can't go back through and see if I messed up so I hope it is understandable. I would be happy to speak with anyone if anyone has any questions for me.

I've had the same PCP for 40 years until his recent retirement. I was a bit unsure of changing to a new PCP. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making this transition easier for me.

I am a new patient to the practice. On the con side, and I don't know if this is anybody's fault, but after I initially dropped off my paperwork this summer, it took an extremely long time for my paperwork to get processed. And part of that was the problem with my doctor's office not getting information back on a timely basis, but I think also part of it belongs with the administration of you guys. And on the positive side, I would say everybody that I dealt with face-to-face was extremely friendly and pleasant. Also back to my first comment, when I did try and troubleshoot, what was the holdup for getting myself and my wife into the practice? Once I brought that to folks' attention, you know, then they did try and be more responsive.

The Dr was great. She was off the next day so I can't get my X-ray results but can't get them for 5 days because she wasn't working.
