I always have a good experience when I visit the office....

I'm very happy with my health care team

I specifically was not happy to hear that I had or was recommended to go to physical therapy after I'd been two to three times already different times and none of these solved the issue. I got kind of a, well, that's what I'm recommended kind of thing and that's not what I want to hear. I want to find out what's going on. I don't want to go to physical therapy again. It's not helping and I don't think it's something I need to do. Thank you.

There's too many notes to read through. I think there should be a better summary of what the doctors need to put on the, what they see in front of them when they see this different patient.

I received 4 text messages telling me about my appointment. Also, I received messages stating my portal was updated but no new information was posted: such as my blood pressure or my weight.

A super experience

Alissa was wonderful as always. She takes the time to connect with each of my kids even with them bouncing off the walls. I trust her, without a doubt, with the care of my children.

The person who called to schedule my appointment was extremely accommodating. Though I have sent in an email each time I have had a covid booster, it is not recorded on my records in the portal. I find the portal not as user friendly as it should be. I don't have full trust that it is 100% accurate. Alissa Dunn was very thorough and thoughtful. I'm glad I asked to switch to her and that you were accommodating. Thanks
