I think everything went really well. I just have a hard time going and get my prescriptions after and I still can't get my prescriptions. So I'm going to call you guys like during regular business hours and see if you can help me get that straightened out. Thank you.

Alissa was exceptional. She took time to discuss my concerns and made me feel valued and heard. Her follow up with me via email has been beyond what most providers would do. The MA who saw me was also more than expected. This is a good team. I appreciate their approach.

I specifically was not happy to hear that I had or was recommended to go to physical therapy after I'd been two to three times already different times and none of these solved the issue. I got kind of a, well, that's what I'm recommended kind of thing and that's not what I want to hear. I want to find out what's going on. I don't want to go to physical therapy again. It's not helping and I don't think it's something I need to do. Thank you.

There's too many notes to read through. I think there should be a better summary of what the doctors need to put on the, what they see in front of them when they see this different patient.

I received 4 text messages telling me about my appointment. Also, I received messages stating my portal was updated but no new information was posted: such as my blood pressure or my weight.
