Well I waited five hours for the service I got and many others waited longer. I would hope an EMERGENCY ROOM would be able to get people in sooner. Maybe more staff and or rooms to treat people

So it was good.

I visited the express care while on vacation and it was the best urgent care experience I have had. I was seen quickly and my issue was treated with urgency as it was one that can cause a lot of discomfort. Everyone I spoke to was kind, caring, and respectful. If I lived locally, I would absolutely use this healthcare network.

This was my first visit to the Gardiner Walk-In Center and I was hoping there was a survey because my experience from walking through the door for check in through the exam and diagnosis was very positive. I will be seeking a Primary Care Physician through the Maine General Network.

The PA-C that saw me was very knowledgeable and explained my condition very well.

I went there for the first time. Thy were very nice to deal with. But unfortunately they couldn't help me. So they sent me to the ER in Augusta.

Service took way to long, the women i spoke to in the front desk was very rude and snobby. The first nurse kept doubting me when i told her my story/ symptoms which didn't seem welcoming or helpful at all. Definitely not coming back to this hospital... The actual doctor was very sweet and did a great job explaining everything to me. Another thing i wanted to add was this super kind lady, She was a tech there. Both the tech and doctor were great.

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I was discharged. I got absolutely excellent service. I am up here from Naples, Florida, and in the NCH system down there and have to comment that this is an absolutely five star organization. Best people I have met in the healthcare system up here.

People and Doctor were extremely friendly and caring about my concerns. I felt very welcome there.

Dx my daughter w possible UTI and prescribed antibiotics. Called next day and said she didn't have a UTI and to stop antibiotics. Took her to her regular pcp following day because still having symptoms and she in fact did have a UTI.

My PA, I wish I remembered her name, was absolutely the best. I could not have asked for a better health care practitioner. She was kind, empathetic, and felt all around comfortable with her presence and advice.

I was not rushed but was given careful attention. I was asked appropriate questions and felt comfortable sharing my concerns. It was obvious to me that the PA was well trained and well educated which gave me confidence in her advice and instructions.

It's great to have Express Care as wonderful. See my primary care doctor. I wanted to make a hard number all the different changes of providers. And he prescribed a lot. Thank you. Bye.

This was the third time I have used this particular urgent care and I am very pleased with my experience. I would recommend it to anyone seeking urgent care.

Fast, efficient, well spoken. I called to see if I needed to be seen, I got a positive response. I was greeted with a friendly introduction, got checked in quickly, and was seen. Nusing was informative, energetic, and comforting. The provider was also comforting and a good listener. I spent less than I thought and got way more than I expected. Overall the best experience, again!

They were wonderful there I was out in less than an hour they got my x-rays got back the x-rays the same day and the next day they made an appointment for a knee doctor I was really really happy with their service

This appointment was due to an issue with a follow up provider. My PCP was very proactive and to my knowledge the issue was addressed to my satisfaction.

Front desk was rude the woman that checked us in gave me a major attitude. I won't ever be returning to any Maine general Facility again. I will stick to Maine health.

Yes, I do feel that I wish it was right to send me on to the big ER at Maine General because some of the things that she saw that were real ?

Staff was great! Facility was very clean and spacious. The PA that treated me was wonderful and had a great "bedside manner". We are very lucky to have this well staffed facility in Gardiner! Thanks to all medical professionals for what you do day in and day out!

I always have great care at the MGUC unit.

Everyone was truly friendly and helpful. Wait time was minimal.

I think I may have pushed some of the wrong response numbers by accident. I was very satisfied with everything about that facility and I have been there before and have always been very satisfied with that facility and the doctor and I have absolutely zero complaints about anything there and I apologize if I hit any of the wrong response numbers.

Express Care has given me better care than my regular doctor and I'm inclined to come back there. They were just wonderful. Thank you.

I had Hunter as my nurse that checked me in and did my vitals and he was wonderful! Very caring and considerate!

I was taken within 5 minutes of walking in. then sent to waiting room where I was taken ,again, within 5 minutes. Nurse was very pleasant and friendly. Doctor was down to earth and extremely helpful. Respectful. I would recommend going here to anyone

I had a swab done while I was there. They called to say that the lab mixed mine up with someone else's. So I went back to get reswabbed. They had me do a self-swab. They then called me to say that they'd used the wrong kind of swab, that the one I should have gotten can only be done by a provider. I like the providers I've had here but it sounds like you need to work on communication among your staff.

Absolutely treated with no respect or care at all. I could barely stand and she basically just turned me away. Why advertise for flu care at express care if it's useless to go there. Treated like someone she didn't want to take the time to actually deal with and help.

I have never had a bad experience here.

Was definitely not expecting that they don't do X-ray or ultrasound on weekends, people do have problems on weekends!

Thank you for caring for my child. PA was amazing. Listened well and was about to give good instructions and was helpful with a call back about prescription dosing.

Alicia Sanborn did great. I liked her. However, the person that came in to draw my blood was unable to draw my blood, sent me to the hospital, and I had to wait there for two hours for someone at the hospital to draw my blood. I was very concerned that she was not able to get blood from me as she should be, and have to redirect me to go someplace else. Not very impressed with that.

Excellent responsive caring service very pleased

I am always happy the service I receive at the Gardiner Express Care. The PA I met with asked lots of questions and really tried to get to the bottom of the mystery behind my swollen eyelid. She speculated that it might be an infection under the eyelid or allergic reaction. She called in an RX for an antibiotic and talked with me about options for treating my allergy symptoms. The swelling and pain have subsided some in the last few days. It was important for me that she could confirm it wasn't something more serious like cellulitis or shingles and I left with less worry. I was grateful for her help.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. When I had questions a few days later about my care, someone from the team called me back right away. They listened to my concerns and were very helpful and kind. I always feel very comfortable going to this express care.
