Fast, efficient, well spoken. I called to see if I needed to be seen, I got a positive response. I was greeted with a friendly introduction, got checked in quickly, and was seen. Nusing was informative, energetic, and comforting. The provider was also comforting and a good listener. I spent less than I thought and got way more than I expected. Overall the best experience, again!

They were wonderful there I was out in less than an hour they got my x-rays got back the x-rays the same day and the next day they made an appointment for a knee doctor I was really really happy with their service

This appointment was due to an issue with a follow up provider. My PCP was very proactive and to my knowledge the issue was addressed to my satisfaction.

I'm so grateful for the kindness and caring treatment I received through Urgent Care. This was my first time and I won't hesitate to seek care again should the need arise. And, after being sick for 5 weeks, I am finally starting to feel better. Thank you so much.

Front desk was rude the woman that checked us in gave me a major attitude. I won't ever be returning to any Maine general Facility again. I will stick to Maine health.

Staff was great! Facility was very clean and spacious. The PA that treated me was wonderful and had a great "bedside manner". We are very lucky to have this well staffed facility in Gardiner! Thanks to all medical professionals for what you do day in and day out!

I think I may have pushed some of the wrong response numbers by accident. I was very satisfied with everything about that facility and I have been there before and have always been very satisfied with that facility and the doctor and I have absolutely zero complaints about anything there and I apologize if I hit any of the wrong response numbers.

I was taken within 5 minutes of walking in. then sent to waiting room where I was taken ,again, within 5 minutes. Nurse was very pleasant and friendly. Doctor was down to earth and extremely helpful. Respectful. I would recommend going here to anyone

I had a swab done while I was there. They called to say that the lab mixed mine up with someone else's. So I went back to get reswabbed. They had me do a self-swab. They then called me to say that they'd used the wrong kind of swab, that the one I should have gotten can only be done by a provider. I like the providers I've had here but it sounds like you need to work on communication among your staff.

Absolutely treated with no respect or care at all. I could barely stand and she basically just turned me away. Why advertise for flu care at express care if it's useless to go there. Treated like someone she didn't want to take the time to actually deal with and help.

Alicia Sanborn did great. I liked her. However, the person that came in to draw my blood was unable to draw my blood, sent me to the hospital, and I had to wait there for two hours for someone at the hospital to draw my blood. I was very concerned that she was not able to get blood from me as she should be, and have to redirect me to go someplace else. Not very impressed with that.

I am always happy the service I receive at the Gardiner Express Care. The PA I met with asked lots of questions and really tried to get to the bottom of the mystery behind my swollen eyelid. She speculated that it might be an infection under the eyelid or allergic reaction. She called in an RX for an antibiotic and talked with me about options for treating my allergy symptoms. The swelling and pain have subsided some in the last few days. It was important for me that she could confirm it wasn't something more serious like cellulitis or shingles and I left with less worry. I was grateful for her help.

My experience. As always was pretty good. Unfortunately, they couldn't diagnose. What was wrong other than possibly an insect bite? So I have to wait and see if anything else develops other than that? I received pretty good level of care.

After experiencing stroke-like symptoms, I initially called my PCP's office to see if they had an opening. They said they did but by the time they finished the screening questions the openings had closed. Then they recommended me to go to ExpressCare in the same building. I then went to ExpressCare to relay the exact same symptoms and be told that I needed to go directly to the Emergency Department. Which would not have been a problem except I had been advised to go somewhere that didn't see me but just told me to go to the ED and has the gall to charge me, which I fully hope they won't. This is especially aggravating because I am being charged for help I really didn't receive and for going to a facility I was told to go to. When I did make it to the ED, I was triaged at Tier 3, and constantly (and understandably, I was not the most serious issue that severely under-staffed ED was dealing with at that moment) had my wait extended constantly to the point that I found it more productive to simply go home and call to receive the stat lab results I should have already been informed of, and to get referrals/schedule appointments for the specialty practices I knew I needed to see. While it's understandable that there's severe understaffing, I find it hard to explain having an understaffed Emergency Department with only two working providers. Not to mention not having anything be the same between any two office. Each has their own unique requirements makes things slow, bureaucratic, and unproductive and results in excessive time and money spent on my part in redundant referrals and appointments. Lastly; it's clear that while MaineGeneral does have an excellent culture, I can also see that emergency services are not prioritized and makes myself as the patient feel it's more worth my time to just take my health into my own hands and make the calls I've got to make.

Yeah, the nurse was very nice, but I am disappointed that we never found out what I have. And on top of that, I'm on a antibiotic that I can't get off of now, and that I may have not needed to take in the first place. Several times, the research that I did was mentioned. I don't know how professional that is. It's very transparent. general like we live in a day and age where I can do research too. I kind of head and when I went for professional help I felt like we were on the same page and that's a strange feeling. Other than that have a great day guys.
