All staff at this location were fantastic throughout the process, from check-in, to procedure prep, to the procedure itself. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. 5 stars out of 5, would get a vasectomy here again (although, hopefully that's not necessary)! :)

Yeah, he's like a little fast, you know, get me in and throw some pills at me, change the same pills, basically what I was having for a urinary problem and put me on another pill. And, you know, I asked him some other questions and he was just in a hurry, you know, just like they all are today. They all want to hurry because they don't get paid. They don't probably get enough people in there. They don't get enough money, what they expect. So, yeah, he was all right. You know, he's going to put me on something and try it and see if it empties my bladder and stuff a little better. And I guess that's the way you have to go about it. Those stuff that I had don't seem to empty me out good enough, but the other stuff makes me dizzy and I've been on it before and I didn't want to take it anymore, but I'll try it again, taking it at night. So we'll give it a shot and see how it goes. But he was, no, he was pretty much professional as much as any of them out of date. They're all in big pucker, big hurry.

So far so good still have a ways to go

First encounter with Dr. jardaneh. Just getting to know each other.

I had the best visit. He answered more questions than, it wasn't in his field, but he still helped me out. He even put a referral in for the GI that I need. He even called to give me my results that were normal. So I appreciated it more than you would know. If he could be a GP, I would definitely beg him to be in his practice. It was a great visit and all the office staff was great.

Dr Jardaneh informed me of my situation very professionally and with key points. He then began a plan for immediate resolution. I hope the further interactions end just as well.

Increased access is needed. Daily visit spaces should be scheduled for urgent visits.

Not one time has Dr. Ali Jaerdeney not made me feel comfortable in his handling of my treatment. He has been admirable in his follow up, calling me the very next day, providing results of tests taken & asking how I am doing. I could not expect better treatment.

Front desk help, intake medical staff and check out staff were all exceptional. This was my first visit at this practice and I was very impressed! Prior to visit staff were very helpful in helping me navigate Medicare and keeping my DR of choice (Clarke Kelly). She is an awesome Dr and surrounded by quality caring staff. The Dr. Was amazing and really listened to our concerns.He spent alot of time with us as my husband was very sick.At check in the lady was the best my husband was shaking so bad ( cold) I ask for a blanket.of course they don't keep blankets there.But she talked with another lady and I am assuming one of the lady's had their own blanket there. She let me cover him with her own personal blanket. Wonderful staff.My husband ended up in ICU at Maine General .septic Thank you and God Bless you all

I am happy to say that I've had no issues whatsoever with any part of Maine General, none whatsoever. Everyone has been absolutely terrific and the doctor is stupendous, absolutely. Goes above and beyond what he needs to, I'm sure.

There was an issue in getting my medication on time, such that I had to not make the appointment originally scheduled and we ad hoc'd it in the afternoon.
