Every one including the surgeon was professional and friendly. However,Computer creating text messages for appointments was great with the exception of the surgery itself. Spoon fed for all my appointments except the day of surgery.

Dr. Alexander Mayer and his entire staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and on point. From the beginning of this process through my last visit I always felt I was in the best hands. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon to anyone and I told my PCP to keep referring to MGMC for anyone that needs this procedure done. This surgery has changed my life for the better and I couldn't be more thankful for the care I received.

Getting through to general surgery by phone was awful. Twice on hold for 20 minutes or so. Both times I finally gave up. On the third attempt, another 10 minutes+ hold, but I got through. That position seems to be very understaffed.

The interview was, it went very well. I understood clearly, precisely what the whole operation was going to be like, and it was clearly explained to me. And it brings my confidence that the interviewer knew exactly what he's doing. So it takes a lot of fear out of me. I feel more comfortable with him doing whatever he plan to do.
