I would not prefer to see this provider again. She refused to let my husband have a say and spoke over him when he had a question. She did not care for me or my babies in a kind manor.

Dr. Glidden is an incredible doctor. She always takes her time to throughly address my reason for my appointment. As well as making sure I have complete knowledge of my care's plan. She is always so warm and kind. I always leave her office feeling much better than when I came. I am very grateful to have her as my doctor. She is surrounded by the most incredible team as well. Everyone there is so friendly and do everything to take great care of me. I appreciate everyone there.

I have a procedure coming up in a couple weeks that I have no clue what's going to happen other than what online says. Where is the informed consent, especially with all my allergies.

My appointment was for 2 pm I was in the room waiting till almost 3 pm for a 5 minute appointment. My last 2 appointments I feel as if I was not heard with my concerns regarding delivery and both sort of brushed off what I said I was comfortable with and I dont want to end up in an emergency situation do to other circumstances. I wish that there wasn't a rotation of Dr's you see because not everyone is compatible and I feel if you only see them once you have no rapport with them

Dr Glidden and MA were very professional. I had an instant connection which was beneficial to my state of mind.

Dr. Showed up very late, did not apologize and was not very kind with questions I had.

45-minute wait from check-in until the MA took me out back with no updates during that time, was walking to the receptionist to ask how much longer it would be as the MA walked out to take me into intake.

Dr. Glidden was 32 minutes past the appt time. Didn't apologize about the wait. Said I needed weekly ultrasounds I felt very confused and didn't let ask questions and I felt pushed put. She had very poor bedside manner was not happy with the experience.

Am very confident in my care with Amy Glidden. This is my first appointment with her and she was great explaining what she saw comparing last scans to recent and next steps. Love that an ai transcriber allowed us to interact without the distraction of note taking.

I like Dr. Glidden very much...She is professional, knowledgeable, explains and answers any all questions in an easy to understand way.

It was a very emotional visit with some bad news about my baby. That being said the care team was understanding, patient, quick and kind.

I love Augusta & Waterville woman's care! Dr Glidden as always, is a rockstar and the lives she helps on a daily I cannot imagine! She truly is incredible and her knowledge is unmatched.

Dr. Aimee Glidden was especially wonderful and the rest of staff accommodating.

It is discouraging when I see a doctor and she whips her phone out multiple times to look up things on the internet to answer my questions. She took it out so casually and didn't say anything that she was looking things up she was just quiet and then gave the answer she found. I have never seen another doctor do that before. It was uncomfortable and immediately removed a level of trust from the appointment. I couldn't wait to leave. I understand some people might not know things but I heard about her looking up basic questions on the Internet from someone I know but to have her do that to me too was a little shocking. It is also bothering to hear the doctor and staff casually having conversations around the desk while I'm in the room waiting for her. It's always at least 2 hours start to finish to get through a checkup appointment with many doctors there, sometimes more.

Aimee Glidden was professional, kind , knowledgeable and took the time to explain all her findings. You are very lucky as I am to have her on staff.

I felt I was receiving excellent empathic care.

I was a patient at this location when it was Waterville Womens Care. It is kind of weird to have a time limit on medical health records...at least while the patient is still alive. Everyone at the office was kind and knowledgeable.

Have brought up the concern of weakness, dizziness, being light headed, extremely fatigue, and even episodes of fainting to many of the providers at every single appointment i have had for months. There has seemed to be zero concerns. Told to just drink water (even though im averaging 6-8 or more 16.9 oz bottles of water a day) and not being told to have electrolytes. Feels concerning to me as I am dealing with it the majority of most days. Barely being able to complete tasks without having to sit down multiple times. Each dr keeps tell me "it is what it is" while im feeling this is very concerning. Theres been no look into labs or further looks at all why this is occurring. Water & electrolytes are not working. Starting to feel that the care team does not actually care about their patients and instead are just checking boxes to get individuals through their pregnancies.
