I was a patient at this location when it was Waterville Womens Care. It is kind of weird to have a time limit on medical health records...at least while the patient is still alive. Everyone at the office was kind and knowledgeable.

Have brought up the concern of weakness, dizziness, being light headed, extremely fatigue, and even episodes of fainting to many of the providers at every single appointment i have had for months. There has seemed to be zero concerns. Told to just drink water (even though im averaging 6-8 or more 16.9 oz bottles of water a day) and not being told to have electrolytes. Feels concerning to me as I am dealing with it the majority of most days. Barely being able to complete tasks without having to sit down multiple times. Each dr keeps tell me "it is what it is" while im feeling this is very concerning. Theres been no look into labs or further looks at all why this is occurring. Water & electrolytes are not working. Starting to feel that the care team does not actually care about their patients and instead are just checking boxes to get individuals through their pregnancies.

This was a mostly pleasant experience. The nurse was really nice and helpful and I appreciated the doctor. It was nice to have someone explain things and next steps and everything. It was a good experience

I love that unit. I can't believe how nice and accommodating everyone is. The wait time to see someone is not good once patient is in room. That 8s my only complaint.

Dr. Glidden was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her sense of humor and compassion was comforting and enjoyable. Me sister and I felt that she was the perfect doctor for me.

I felt like my concerns were heard and that action was taken to rectify the problem. I feel like I was included in the discussion and I appreciated that. And I liked that Dr. Glidden was very straightforward and very matter of fact about what needed to be done. Thanks, bye.

My previous experiences were significantly more compassionate, thorough, and responsive than what I've encountered during this pregnancy. Throughout this pregnancy, I've often felt dismissed, unheard, and treated as an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of support. Many interactions have felt rushed, cold, or even condescending. When I've raised questions or concerns, I've been met with eye rolls, sighs, or short, irritated responses - something no expecting mother, especially one considered high-risk, should experience.

Dr. Aimee Glidden is the best. She is just very compassionate, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very helpful and I loved her.

The provided was extremely late. Once roomed, I waited for almost an hour and a half for the provider to come in for an appointment that only lasted about 15 minutes.

Everyone at the office is so nice!

I literally trust Dr. Glidden with my life. She has worked very hard to care for me especially during surgeries. She is very knowledgable, prepared, and thorough. I appreciate her honesty, care and the time she has spent with me discussing my care. Blessed to be cared for by Dr. Glidden.

I came over from Inland so I think there were some gaps, at no fault of the provider I saw. She had a wonderful bed side manner and I'm grateful I can advocate for any gaps lost in the transition from Inland.

Dr. Glidden was super sweet and very informative. She was so patient and so kind in our unfortunate, and very unlucky circumstance. She met with us right away. I'm so grateful for that.

My appointment was scheduled for 11:30. I did not see my doctor until nearly 1:00. I waited a long time and no one ever came in to inform me that they were running behind. I understand that doctors can't always control what happens on a daily basis, but i do feel that each patient should be treated respectfully. Our time is important too.

Dr. Glidden was extremely thorough. She was patient, kind and encouraging after my recent miscarriage. I did have to wait a while to see her but I didn't mind because I had the rest of the day off from work. I will just keep in mind if scheduling with her that she's very busy and to be prepared to be in the office a couple hours! Worth the wait though, felt very comfortable with her and all of the staff. It might be helpful be to see if the MAs/nurses have time to keep an eye on the schedule and have the appropriate patients leave a urine sample while they're in the waiting room. Just food for thought to save time.

While most everything was great about my experience, I am incredibly disappointed by how late my appointment ran. I was scheduled for 9:45 AM, but waited for over 45 minutes to get my cervix checked. When the doctor came in, she didn't even acknowledge that my fiancé and I had been waiting a ridiculous amount of time. When she performed the cervical exam, she was incredibly rough and didn't respond or acknowledge when i asked her to pause and allow me to readjust. She then left the room without saying or doing much or anything else. My care felt rushed, which irritated me because I had just sat in the exam room waiting for an insane amount of time. I usually have a great experience with my care at Maine General, but this last appointment upset me beyond belief.

I waited for an hour past my appt. For the doctor to see me.

I felt very cared for by the doctor who took time to listen to me and answer my questions and concerns. The rest of the staff were very polite and helpful.

I called in the morning for an appointment and received a call back in about 1 hr asking if I could come in at 1:00 pm. Very pleased with everyone and really appreciate the service. Wish the PT schedule dept was half as good. I will recommend OBGYN to everyone! They are great.

I can't express enough how kind and caring everyone was, from the front to the assistants, doctor and check-out people. It was an experience I will hope to live again and again with medical staff.

Hopefully you get more providers in the office. I arrived for my 8:15 appt at 8am and didn't get seen until 9:20. I can't imagine being an afternoon appointment as the wait would be even longer. Sounds like she is seeing way too many patients because there aren't enough providers.

Dr. Glidden is very wonderful, I recommend her to friends and family frequently. The entire office staff and nurses are very kind!

I was scheduled for an ultrasound at TCH and then my OB apt at ACH. I sat in the waiting room for 45 min waiting for my ultrasound almost making me late to get to Augusta. Definitely wasn't impressed by that fact and had to rush to my next appointment. I would have understood if there was a patient in the ultrasound room but there wasn't. I wouldn't recommend doing appointments in two different spots. If I would have been late it would have been my fault and I highly doubt I would have been seen.

I appreciate Dr. Glidden and the MA who I saw. I know the transition from their old EMR to the new made things a bit slower, but they took the time to update my chart and clean up what needed to be removed. Dr. Glidden listened closely and gave me options, she is thorough and made sure I understood what my choices are.

Took three months to schedule an appointment after the referral was submitted and only got an appointment because I called myself. They never called me. Doctor left a voicemail about my results and the lingo both herself and the administration staff used when I called back, left me fearing the worst. It ended up being nothing, but you should never leave a voicemail saying "we need to discuss your results and make a plan" "keep your phone very close". These make it sound worse than it is. I was filled with anxiety for five hours waiting for my doctor to call me back.
