I was very impressed with the whole experience. I registered and taken in to be seen quickly. The Provider was thorough and willing to look into some questions I had about my situation. Explained everything well and gave me appropriate treatment.

Adam and the whole team were wonderful. From the moment I stepped foot in there until I left, they were so kind and helpful. Adam even followed up the next day to further explain my results and options, so kind, calm, and curtious. Really appreciate it and thanks!

My visit was excellent. The staff and all the caregivers, the doctor, were very clear in their explanations, were clear in what the problem appeared to be and were very efficient and I have a referral and I'm very pleased with the treatment I received.

We were rushed out due to a supposed fire issue which was a ventilation issue . A nurse inerupted the doctor to tell us to leave . My medical care had o be postponed.

I was given a referral to a specialist whose office called me the next day to schedule an appointment. I have received great care and have no complaints about my trip to Urgent care.

Amazingly, we were the only patients waiting to be seen. Except for my daughter and myself, the waiting room was empty. Adam was thorough in explaining the reasons why going to the ER was a good idea: my age and prior concussion.

Everything was fine about the appointment, but the prescription drug that I had at Famotidine, it gave me massive diarrhea, and I mean massive, just like you would have if you were prepping yourself for a colonoscopy. That's how massive it was. It was a little scary, so I stopped taking it after a couple of days. That's it. Thank you very much.

My PC was not available but l love that the same physician takes care of me when this happens. He is thorough, polite and knowledgeable. A wonderful bedside manner and yet focused on your care. I told him so today that he was appreciated. I hope that you do as well.

excellent provider !

I have usually had to make 2 to 4 additional stops...after urgent care. PA Soucy rolled it all into one visit. And I will soon have my diagnostic question answered.

I waited a hour in the exam room but a care provider came in- that was a bit troubling- Then after he looked at the issue and told me the reason I was having my problem and what he was going to do- things went better- A second provider also helped and I believe for the most part the issue was addressed- although I am still having the same issue five days later and will talk to a Doctor later

I came in for an injured leg-possible fracture/break. Dr. Adam was very thorough and very thoughtful. Never fun to need express care, but the team was positive, professional, and caring.

Both the nurse and doctor were so great. The nurse was kind, pleasant and very engaging. Dr Soucy was phenomenal and worked hard to ensure we could get the necessary antibiotic that same evening even though the pharmacies were closing within 30 mins. Thank you for the excellent care and be so efficient and caring! A+ from the moment we walked in with the check in staff to when we were discharged.

fast efficient

More maintenance related. The door was supposed to open automatically at 8 o'clock. It did not work. The elevator had issues. The assistant nurse dropped a part of my ambulizer treatment, the tube, the cap at the sink. said it was clean. I stated, no, I do not trust that it's clean. Please get me another one. I thought that was very unacceptable. And that's not Adam. It was a different individual on duty. Adam was wonderful.

The Express Care in Gardiner has always impressed me. I rarely wait although I had a fairly lengthy wait once in an examining but I understand there was an emergency so that's understandable.

Staff was very helpful . The only thing disappointed with when asked if I smoked and said no quit in 2017 on release form " social history" has me listed as every day smoker.

I didn't have to wait long but could have been cause u weren't busy yet I got their when u first opened up at 8 ?

Andy's impassioned and serious tone were both very professional and focussed and I appreciated it and was impressed by their sending a fax over to Thayer's ER telling them I was enroute for a CT and what they thought was going on.

Well, the service I got while I was there was fantastic, but my condition is not getting better and they didn't give me any follow-up plan. So that is what I would like to have heard. What do I do if it's not getting better?

The guy with the bid took care of me. He's a great guy, very knowledgeable. He ought to get a raise. He's very valuable to your company.

Dr. Adam was incredible. Felt like he truly cared about my well being. As I was leaving he noticed a small spot on my face. Absolutely nothing to do with why I was there. We talked about it and agreed to have my PCP follow up on it. Could not recommend him enough to anyone. Very impressed.

This is an exceptional Urgent Care from the front desk check in to every medical provider I have seen there over the years. I do recommend this place often to my friends and family members. I must say though that Adam Soucy was truly exceptional. I was so grateful for his knowledge, kindness and patience as I talked a lot about my many health concerns. He is genuine, compassionate and very knowledgeable regarding Medicine. He is the best of the best, and I have dealt with many medical providers in Maine over the last few years! I am very grateful. Every staff member was nice and a pleasure to interact with. I was also seen in a very short time, and on my way quickly, which was excellent. Excellent experience. Much better than the ER.

It's an excellent, excellent team of qualified healthcare. The only thing I really wish is if they had like a small pharmacy there so you can get your meds and then go home. But other than that, they've been great. Thank you.

The one that did my vital signs acted like she wanted to hurry up and get my in and right back out not much for talking like I was just a number the Dr was good the only thing I like he he should look little more to Make sure it was my sciatic nerve and not something else just because I said I think it my sciatic nerve acting up he had lay on the table and try bring my leg I could not then told what I should do to take care of it was very good at listening to me about how I don't take much ibuprofen because of the one kidney and got me something a little bit easier on the kidney but I'm going on day three of the pain and still not sure if I should be going back into the doctors to have it checked again or just try to cope with it and hope like heck it goes away

The entire staff who cared for me were extremely caring, kind, and professional. The nursing team all had very nice bedside manner with just the right amount of humor thrown in! I can just imagine how tough it is to work in trauma situations, working long hours, dealing with difficult patients and handling all the stress. My 88 year old Mom accompanied me to the ER and we were there for 14 hours. I was so relieved when one of my nurses brought in a lounge chair for her comfort as well as a sandwich, since it had been 14 hours since Mom had eaten.
