Staff was very helpful . The only thing disappointed with when asked if I smoked and said no quit in 2017 on release form " social history" has me listed as every day smoker.

I didn't have to wait long but could have been cause u weren't busy yet I got their when u first opened up at 8 ?

Well, the service I got while I was there was fantastic, but my condition is not getting better and they didn't give me any follow-up plan. So that is what I would like to have heard. What do I do if it's not getting better?

The guy with the bid took care of me. He's a great guy, very knowledgeable. He ought to get a raise. He's very valuable to your company.

Dr. Adam was incredible. Felt like he truly cared about my well being. As I was leaving he noticed a small spot on my face. Absolutely nothing to do with why I was there. We talked about it and agreed to have my PCP follow up on it. Could not recommend him enough to anyone. Very impressed.

This is an exceptional Urgent Care from the front desk check in to every medical provider I have seen there over the years. I do recommend this place often to my friends and family members. I must say though that Adam Soucy was truly exceptional. I was so grateful for his knowledge, kindness and patience as I talked a lot about my many health concerns. He is genuine, compassionate and very knowledgeable regarding Medicine. He is the best of the best, and I have dealt with many medical providers in Maine over the last few years! I am very grateful. It's an excellent, excellent team of qualified healthcare. The only thing I really wish is if they had like a small pharmacy there so you can get your meds and then go home. But other than that, they've been great. Thank you.

The one that did my vital signs acted like she wanted to hurry up and get my in and right back out not much for talking like I was just a number the Dr was good the only thing I like he he should look little more to Make sure it was my sciatic nerve and not something else just because I said I think it my sciatic nerve acting up he had lay on the table and try bring my leg I could not then told what I should do to take care of it was very good at listening to me about how I don't take much ibuprofen because of the one kidney and got me something a little bit easier on the kidney but I'm going on day three of the pain and still not sure if I should be going back into the doctors to have it checked again or just try to cope with it and hope like heck it goes away

The entire staff who cared for me were extremely caring, kind, and professional. The nursing team all had very nice bedside manner with just the right amount of humor thrown in! I can just imagine how tough it is to work in trauma situations, working long hours, dealing with difficult patients and handling all the stress. My 88 year old Mom accompanied me to the ER and we were there for 14 hours. I was so relieved when one of my nurses brought in a lounge chair for her comfort as well as a sandwich, since it had been 14 hours since Mom had eaten.

I got the help and immediatel information I was looking for, but since it was dental in nature I followed up with my dentist the same day. They saw me and evaluated and agreed, but prescribed a stronger antibiotic.

Went early morning after opening. Very little wait so seen within 15 minutes of arrival. Would hesitate to go later in day due to prior experience with large number of people waiting and lengthy wait times.

I had a very good experience at the hospital. Everyone was very nice and caring and kind to me, very professional. The food was phenomenal. I asked them to cook it a certain way for me because I don't have any teeth, and they did. The nurses and the doctor were wonderful. Everything was explained to me in detail every time someone came into the room to do a test, what it would be, what it was for. And I'm very happy with the service that I received and I would definitely recommend the hospital to everyone that I know.

Everything was great from start to finish - front desk, nurse, and provider were all kind, attentive, and thorough. My son was worried about getting the strep test but the nurse was calm, confident and patient which really helped him get through it. Our provider clearly explained everything, did not seem rushed and answered all of our questions. Very much appreciate having this service available and having such great people taking care of us!

I'm grateful for the staff treating me respectfully. I've recently acquired Mainecare, due to a drop in my income, and I was embarrassed, and anxious about being treated poorly. (That's my own issue). I was treated gently and kindly. My sinus infection is much better and ear pressure started getting better 2 days after starting the antibiotic. Thank you to the staff.

He's an extremely caring, concerning doctor and I appreciate that he uses his mind to figure out things and not just say, oh, it's probably just a cold, you know. I do like the girls at the front desk as well, but Adam is extremely, extremely, intelligent and extremely kind. Adam, the PA that met with me, was absolutely phenomenal. He took a ton of time and really explained everything we were talking about, Paxlovid, long COVID and stuff, and he was very thorough, gave me a complete understanding of the cons and the pros about it, what it could do for me, what the downside might be, and anyways, he made a decision not to at the moment because I've had good history of getting better without it, but he also left me with how to get in touch with him right away if I worsened. He was fantastic, so thank you all very much.

Adam listened well, maintained eye contact, and was very knowledgeable. He kept his word and called me promptly with test results asap. He also suggested further possibilities based on test results. I felt he truly cared about my situation and gave me excellent advice.

Great experience

I was surprised at how quickly Ireceived my results. The explanations given were detailed and understandable. I felt both cared for and cared about.

The attending PA, Mr. Soucy, was very prompt about getting back to me on my x-ray results. I really appreciate it!

Everything was great. My only complaint was that the wait time was very long.

He explained how to help alleviate symptoms so that I could feel better. Steam from the shower to open up my lungs, hydration. ( honey and lemon) for sore throat and cough. Excuse note for work the next day. He took my complaints seriously and I felt like he cared about my health.
