I am so fortuate to receive care from Dr. liegner and the team.

The appointment with the provider was perfect. The check out process was delayed due to their confusion on what xrays were ordered. I had to leave before they could be done because the x-ray tech said they couldn't do the 2 series (2 body parts. 3 views each) in 15 minutes. I had already waited almost a half hour checking out and had another appointment an hour away and couldn't wait.

Thank you to Dr. Liegner who always takes all the time I need with him. I trust him completely with my health care. I travel an hour to see him and use Gardiner Family Medicine. Wouldn't have it any other way - thank you to all of the team.

Lab technicians are great! Spot on with withdrawals no second or improper pokes.

Dr Liegner asks questions and actually listens. He gives me options in my treatment plan. I value him as my primary care provider.

My appointment was for 10 am. I arrived at 948 am and was not checked in until 1003. I was brought into the room at 1039 am did see the doctor until 1050 am and was there until 1138. This sort of thing needs to stop. My time is important.

Very hard to get in for any appts. Never any available. Takes a long time for anyone to answer the phone there when called.

In my opinion, the best thing you could do is improve the phone system. Either have more people available or find some way to be able to get through when you call to either make change or cancel an appointment or for any other reason. It's impossible to, you take the wait times or 8, 10, 12, 20 minutes at a time. Sometimes it's faster to get in the car and drive up there while you're on hold. That's my input. Thank you.

My PCP, Dr Liegner is terrific and a perfect fit for me. His demeanor is comforting and is very trusting in his health recommendation's. Going for my annual physicals was always stressful for me .. and no more!! Thank You Dr Liegner.

The front staff / registration personnel were excellent, wait time was reasonable and MA was great during the rooming and initial vital signs check and health questions. As always Dr. Liegner took adequate time to go over any concerns and share his expertise with us and we appreciate his oversight of our health care and areas of concern.

The care I receive at Gardiner Family Medicine is truly life saving.Dr. Liegner is the best patient advocate I have ever had. He ordered a series of test found my genetic cancer had metastasized and because I had early treatment I am now in remission. The staff are hard working yet personable. They know you as a person not just a patient. I feel very fortunate to be a patient with the best care available when I need it.

In today's medical environment of staff shortages, cost, decreased appointment times, etc. I am continually impressed with Gardiner Family Medicine facilities and specifically highly impressed with the care I am receiving from Dr. Adam Liegner. Over the past several years he has taken the time to learn about me and continues to provide me insights to any and all medical questions/concerns I have.

Dr Liegner took his time with me. I didn't feel rushed at all. He was very kind and explained everything to me about my upcoming appointments.

My doctor is great, and the staff is very polite. Wait times were long. I waited 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment, 30 minutes for the blood draw (though I was told I was next in line/no wait), and I gave up after waiting 45 minutes for a knee x-ray. (I'll get the x-ray and subsequent treatment outside of the Maine General network.) When I left, I'd been at the Health Center for 3 hours.

Dr Liegner is a gem, very knowledgeable, as well as so personable, and understanding . He listened and provided valuable insight to all my questions.

You need more Doctors

The check in and out area is ridiculous. Representatives yelling across a big enclosure, hoping that you can hear them. When you do hear them, and you're sure they are yelling to you, you have to hope you arrive at the appropriate window before someone else steps in. Otherwise, I trust my doctor, I followed him from a different hospital system to remain his patient.

The whole staff was friendly Jessica and Dr Leigner were wonderful- I walked out of there feeling lucky to be in such good hands

My only problem is not getting refills in time. Walgreen staff have complain also about getting refills in a timely matter. I have called or Walgreens has with me right there a week before it's due and have waited 2-3 weeks to get my refills. call your office they say it's Walgreens fault and Walgreens says it's your office.

Extremely fast check-in service and 100% improvement over the last year. Whatever you've done works wonderful. There were a lot of us in line and all of the receptionists were able to handle all of us. Kudos to you guys. Thanks. Bye.

Dr. Liegner is the BEST Doctor I have ever had. He listened and advocated for a advanced scan which revealed my cancer had Metastisized. I immediately started chemotherapy and am on a drug that has kept me in remission for the last three years! The staff is wonderful at Gardiner Family Practice.My only complaint is the call wait time is terrible and often times I will drop the call entirely.

Okay, I just am confused about what I thought I talked about with the doctor and then the referral not getting made. So that would be what needs to be improved on because I'm still waiting. And everybody there has always been amazing. You know, they... They talk to you, they go out of their way to get your needs met. It's just that one little thing that I'm not sure what happened. But if I can get that referral to get that thing done on my shoulder, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot and I hope you're having a good day.

As always, it was a great experience with Dr. Liegner. He's always good about addressing my various questions and concerns, and taking the time to explain things. He always makes sure I am comfortable with the treatment plan, and he makes me feel heard. I'm so thankful to have him as my PCP. Also, his medical assistant Bri is particularly helpful and pleasant. Additionally, I had a scheduling conflict with this appointment, but wanted to keep this appointment, and they were especially helpful in finding a time that worked for me and working something out to accommodate my scheduling needs.
