I love Dr. Liegner . He always listens and answers my questions. The staff out front are extremely busy and I see new faces everytime I visit. I see new nurses everytime too. They are helpful and friendly but I have to wonder why I don't see familiar faces.....

Dr. Liegner is the BEST Doctor I have ever had. He listened and advocated for a advanced scan which revealed my cancer had Metastisized. I immediately started chemotherapy and am on a drug that has kept me in remission for the last three years! The staff is wonderful at Gardiner Family Practice.My only complaint is the call wait time is terrible and often times I will drop the call entirely.

Okay, I just am confused about what I thought I talked about with the doctor and then the referral not getting made. So that would be what needs to be improved on because I'm still waiting. And everybody there has always been amazing. You know, they... They talk to you, they go out of their way to get your needs met. It's just that one little thing that I'm not sure what happened. But if I can get that referral to get that thing done on my shoulder, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot and I hope you're having a good day.

As always, it was a great experience with Dr. Liegner. He's always good about addressing my various questions and concerns, and taking the time to explain things. He always makes sure I am comfortable with the treatment plan, and he makes me feel heard. I'm so thankful to have him as my PCP. Also, his medical assistant Bri is particularly helpful and pleasant. Additionally, I had a scheduling conflict with this appointment, but wanted to keep this appointment, and they were especially helpful in finding a time that worked for me and working something out to accommodate my scheduling needs. The reception area is the worst part of using the practice. People yelling trying to get your attention to move to the other side of the large enclosure. When you finally realize which window you are expected at, another patient walks in front of you and then you have to get back in line and wait

The doctors and nurses are very thorough and are not rushed during appointments. They make sure you are satisfied and all questions are answered before you leave the room.

Both the tech and Dr Liegner made me very comfortable. They listened and responded appropriately. I had been suffering from flu symptoms and it was taking too long to get better. My cough and mucus were more than I could handle. Dr liegner prescribed meds to help, and laid out a plan for future workups. I started feeling better mostly, after 1st dosages. Dr. Liegner and his staff are quite wonderful.

Dr. Liegner is extremely well qualified and I feel very comfortable with my health care, which is highly complex with many medications and different diseases. I always get an appointment immediately. The support staff is extremely efficient. The lab is extremely efficient. The facilities are very good and clean. The only thing that I really think should be looked at is the separation of the urgent care and people coming for their regular care only because some of those people are extremely ill and not wearing masks. I sat next to elderly patients and they were also concerned. It's very uncomfortable.

I just like to say that Dr. Liegner is so, so nice. He makes you very relaxed. You feel like you're not being rushed. He answers any of my questions. I just love him to death.

He is very patient with all of my questions, and is willing to work with me and try multiple things until we find a treatment I am comfortable with. I had to go to walk in clinic a lot as I couldn't see my doctor.

I am so fortunate to have Dr Liegner and his team. They are skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate healers. Dr Liegner is the best physician I have had in my life.

Visit was for an annual physical. I spent more time answering questions about my sex at birth,etc. and the doctor did not even check my skin, reflex's or make me cough and check for a hyneria. I can not understand how an annual physical can be " no touch" and really know how I am physically doing. I might have a bump, lump or skin spot and not even know it, but the doctor doesn't either because he never did "check me over". This is wrong!!

Dr Liegner is amazing. I really appreciate his approach and council. I was a bit disappointed with the record keeping of the office. I had gone through the effort to mail in two sets of results from outside exams to be added to my file. I called the office and they sent me an addressed envelope to return the documents (which I did, months ago). However when I met with Dr. Liegner, he didn't have these documents in my file. Not the end of the world, but annoying since I went through the effort to provide those so we could review during my exam.

I was a little upset because my appointment was the second appointment of the day and I never saw the doctor until 9:40 AM. and then we had to rush through the appointment because I had to be back to work. My appointment was at 9am. I'm not sure what happened, but my time is very valuable as well.

As always everyone was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Didn't necessarily want an increase on my blood pressure medicine, it was a little high the first time and not high the second. NOT interested in taking more medication.

Dr. Liegner is caring and knowledgeable and accessible and that's excellent.

It seemed like they were trying to fill in boxes much of the time. Never was I asked what I do to be healthy? I don't feel like they got to know me, they just asked questions they had to ask.

Dr. Liegner has been amazing ever since I started seeing him. I wouldn't want to go see anybody else. He is very thorough and cares. I feel like he cares a lot. He knows my history. He makes it a point to discuss not just medical, but just seeing how I am in general. He makes it very personal, which is nice. I love that. My only complaint is the staff has always been pretty friendly. It is just the wait time. Trying to get through on the phone, the wait time. I have had some issues for some reason with my insurance not being put in correctly. I don't know why. It always ends up turning out just fine. That is all I wanted to say. He is a fantastic doctor.
