You need more Doctors

The check in and out area is ridiculous. Representatives yelling across a big enclosure, hoping that you can hear them. When you do hear them, and you're sure they are yelling to you, you have to hope you arrive at the appropriate window before someone else steps in. Otherwise, I trust my doctor, I followed him from a different hospital system to remain his patient.

The whole staff was friendly Jessica and Dr Leigner were wonderful- I walked out of there feeling lucky to be in such good hands

My only problem is not getting refills in time. Walgreen staff have complain also about getting refills in a timely matter. I have called or Walgreens has with me right there a week before it's due and have waited 2-3 weeks to get my refills. call your office they say it's Walgreens fault and Walgreens says it's your office.

Extremely fast check-in service and 100% improvement over the last year. Whatever you've done works wonderful. There were a lot of us in line and all of the receptionists were able to handle all of us. Kudos to you guys. Thanks. Bye.

I love Dr. Liegner . He always listens and answers my questions. The staff out front are extremely busy and I see new faces everytime I visit. I see new nurses everytime too. They are helpful and friendly but I have to wonder why I don't see familiar faces.....

Dr. Liegner is the BEST Doctor I have ever had. He listened and advocated for a advanced scan which revealed my cancer had Metastisized. I immediately started chemotherapy and am on a drug that has kept me in remission for the last three years! The staff is wonderful at Gardiner Family Practice.My only complaint is the call wait time is terrible and often times I will drop the call entirely.

No complaints ever!

Okay, I just am confused about what I thought I talked about with the doctor and then the referral not getting made. So that would be what needs to be improved on because I'm still waiting. And everybody there has always been amazing. You know, they... They talk to you, they go out of their way to get your needs met. It's just that one little thing that I'm not sure what happened. But if I can get that referral to get that thing done on my shoulder, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot and I hope you're having a good day.

As always, it was a great experience with Dr. Liegner. He's always good about addressing my various questions and concerns, and taking the time to explain things. He always makes sure I am comfortable with the treatment plan, and he makes me feel heard. I'm so thankful to have him as my PCP. Also, his medical assistant Bri is particularly helpful and pleasant. Additionally, I had a scheduling conflict with this appointment, but wanted to keep this appointment, and they were especially helpful in finding a time that worked for me and working something out to accommodate my scheduling needs. The reception area is the worst part of using the practice. People yelling trying to get your attention to move to the other side of the large enclosure. When you finally realize which window you are expected at, another patient walks in front of you and then you have to get back in line and wait
