The doctor had nurses reach out to ask if I would like pre or post procedure meds and explain what was available, and then called me to tell me what the prescriptions were and how to take them. It was a great experience and I felt like they cared about me and my care!

Dr. Hoke is the reason why I stay at the practice. We do struggle a little bit with the staff at the front desk. Sometimes they seem like we put them out when we are just trying to get checked in.

The complete team from the check-in staff to the folks who initially take you in for the vitals the lab technician taking your blood and my doctor's extremely helpful thoughtful kind supportive and a very good experience with them

The visits have become very short. A PE takes about 10 minutes. Most of my time spent is waiting.

As far as scheduling, please just say what time I need to be at the office. Don't tell me my appointment is 8 o'clock with doctor but really I need to be there at 7:40 so the technician can get me ready for the doctor. I already know that! I need to know 1 time, the time I should be at the office.

Yook 3 weeks to get an appointment for a referral for ortho. Now will take even longer for ortho appointment. I understand needing to see my pcp which I would have gone for the appointment. My insurance does not require referral but ortho does.
