Although an excellent physician, Dr. Hoke seemed stressed and very conscious of her time constraints (not surprising).

Dr Hoke is great, she is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional, she and her team are fantastic!

I was very happy with the quick appointment time that I was given. I'm always happy with how Abigail Hoke is very attentive, concerned, and giving you undivided attention while being seen as a patient from her. So I greatly appreciate the doctor that I have, and I was very happy with the facility in Gardner. Thank you.

Regarding the waiting area. It is very loud. The volume level on the televisions on the walls is too loud coupled with the echoed chatter of those waiting and is overwhelming.

It is very helpful to have staff that's consistent. Dr. Hoke has seen me from the beginning and it's helpful that someone knows your history. Your front people are also great. They have good attitudes.

Dr. Hoke provides the best care I have ever had from a doctor. She listens, she's honest about all aspects of care, she responds to questions immediately and really cares about her patients.

Nurse Jessica and Dr. Abby were fantastic to work with, both spoke with you and not at you.

I felt that I was rushed and wasn't given a chance to talk things out with my doctor. It wasn't even a 10 minute visit. I was so rushed that I didn't get to mention anything else that was going on in my life. I felt that because most of it was with my mental health I didn't matter.

I don't specifically recommend doctors, dentists, plumbers, electricians, hair dressers, or other service providers to others as they might not work for them just because they work out well for me. I try to give them options.

Yes, I'd like to share that Abigail Hoakes and her team are very efficient. As a busy doctor, she takes the time to answer questions and make sure that her clients understand not only about medication, but about their health and makes a plan going forward and always tries to see people, whether it's telehealth or in the office as necessary.

I have been seeing Dr Hoke for about ten years now. She has always listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She is a very caring and well trained family physician. I would also like to say that Jane Beardsley, who works with Dr Hoke is very good at getting all the important information compiled so that my time with the doctor is well spent. They both seem to work quite well together. Gardiner Family Practice is fortunate to have them.

Dr. Hoke is absolutely amazing. I have told her I consider most Drs to be quacks but I absolutely adore her & respect her tons, for her care and dedication.

I appreciated very much the two people that waited on me. Dr. Hoke, it was the first time I've met her. She was excellent, caring, she listens. It's nobody's fault, but everything seems rushed, and that's a little difficult for some of us that are older, and I probably won't see that change, but that is a comment I'd like to meet that I understand they're on a timeline, so it's probably just the way it is. I had a great experience, and I love going to that facility, and the people there are extremely, extremely kind. Thank you for calling me.

I liked the new phone app recording of our visit that way Dr Hoke could actually make more eye contact with me rather than typing on the key board .

Dr Hoke has been wonderful. She takes time to review my history and concerns. We actually discuss what's going on in my life.

I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Hoke! She has been my primary care physician for quite a few years and I trust her thoughts and opinions implicitly. She listens and takes the time to truly hear what I have to say. The nurse who took my vitals (I apologize for not remembering her name) and got me all set up was great. Warm and lighthearted but still very professional. 10/10 highly recommend!
