MaineGeneral Health believes that employees need and deserve time away from work to observe certain holidays, be with family, take vacation or simply to take care of themselves.

We offer a generous earned time accrual plan based on the number of hours you work, your years of employment and your employment status (hourly or exempt). Click on the links below for more information about earned time.

MGH also proudly offers a paid parental bonding benefit that gives new parents time to bond with their newborns or newly adopted or fostered children.
