Pharmacy Information
Optum's network of exclusive pharmacies replaced Walgreen's as the preferred option for prescriptions, beginning 1/1/2025. You may continue to use Walgreen's as your pharmacy of choice or choose another pharmacy in the Optum network. If you would like to confirm that your preferred pharmacy is available in this network, you can:
- Call the pharmacy directly to confirm they are in network with Optum
- Create a login on the Optum Portal

MaineGeneral Partners with HealthCare EAP to offer free, confidential resources to help with everyday issues.
Wellness - WellRight
WellRight is our one-stop-shop for all things MaineGeneral wellness. You can participate in challenges, earn up to $200 per year in rewards, track your physical activity and schedule Health Coaching appointments, all in one place.
After you register for WellRight, you can complete a Health Assessment to get a sense of your “health age,” along with suggestions based on your strengths and areas to improve. This information also will guide sessions with your MaineGeneral Health Coach and Registered Dietitian.
Another program feature is WellRight’s University section, where you can access engaging, easily-digestible videos on a wide range of topics in every dimension of wellness.
We are excited to bring this program to you as part of our mission to support employees’ overall wellness. Please take a moment to register and get started with WellRight today!
To register online:
- Go to the Citrix Storefront
- Click the search bar in the upper right corner
- Type in WellRight
- Double-click to open the WellRight app (remember to save it to your Favorites, too!)
- Complete the registration process
To register using the mobile app:
- Search for WellRight in your app store
- Download the app
- Enter company code when prompted: mainegeneral
- Complete the registration process
We are using SSO (single sign-on), so after your initial registration, you can quickly access WellRight through the Storefront without entering a password each time.
