Welcome to the MaineGeneral Online Benefits Fair! Our benefits team offers a virtual benefits fair to share, in one place, all of the information you may need for your annual benefits enrollment.
All of the documents from our vendor partners are available on each of their pages in the left-hand menu.
Contact information is available for each of those partners if you have questions as you make choices about your benefits for next year.

If you would like a hard copy, you may order them through the print shop:
- Go to the Connect page and select Tools & Resources/Print Shop Services
- At the top left-hand corner, select Catalog
- Scroll down the left-hand catalog menu to Human Resources and click the + button to expand
- Choose the 2026 Annual Enrollment Benefits Newsletter
- Complete the Selected Form process on the right-hand side and submit when ready

Employee Assistance Program
MaineGeneral partners with HealthCare EAP to offer free counseling sessions to support employees and their immediate family members through challenging times.
This allows MGH employees to have access to high-quality counseling services through virtual and telephonic counseling options, later appointment times and 24-hour support lines.
